Mindtickle: the comprehensive Sales Enablement (and beyond) platform with a world-class support team

What do you like best about the product?
- Massively scalable use: from individual learner journeys to global programs
- Incredible support team: from CSM to customer support
- Quite easy to use, with solid support AI and help articles to enable anyone at any point - in addition, comprehensive 'Mindtickle University' for power users
- Multiple integrations possible with Salesforce, call software (for CallAI) and others
- Cutting-edge tools that are pushing the boundaries of what's possible, that are stitched together in a holistic platform
What do you dislike about the product?
- Bulk actions can be difficult (e.g. changing an aspect of multiple modules, uninviting a learner from several modules at once)
- Native analytics dashboards are okay, but typically I will feed the data into other tools (e.g. QlikSense via Snowflake) to get the best out of it
- Some small features are missing (e.g. ability to review only incorrect answers in an Assessment as a learner)
- The communication on new features could be improved (my excellent CSM fills in the gaps more than adequately, but more centralized Town Halls would be appreciated)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Transmitting information and learning to our sales and pre-sales teams on a global scale. It is crucially important to enable our teams with up-to-date, self-paced learning as our industry moves incredible quickly.
- Assessing our sellers in a standardized manner - ensuring a consistency of messaging and professionalism
- Monitoring the popularity of content to allow for iterative improvement
- Communication with customers and prospects- Digital Sales Rooms take this to the next level
- Bespoke, engaging learning experiences - with Seller CoPilot and Sales Roleplays

The modules are easy to follow and make tracking my progress simple.

Solid Sales Training Platform

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to access, I can pause my learning session if I need to, and if I need to I can go back to a module and rewatch it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is, like every learning platform, it's only as good as the information you put in the platform. Having a top tier team who creates the content and makes it relevant and engaging is the way to have the most success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing all relevant training sessions with a diverse cross-section of sales and sales support.

At times I struggle with irrelevant contact.

DSR are advancing deals forward and I can find content for specific customer use cases.

Human in loop trainings should be there. May be its there and I am not aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content and recording can be recorded and uploaded on the tool. It is a great advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very straightforward and easy to use. Mind tickle is very thorough and entertaining for the most part but I do feel like it could be shortened as my position requires me to travel quite a bit and I'm always in a hurry. It can be painful to have to flip every box and click on every arrow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time commitment to use and the necessary interactions sometimes feel a little strenuous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped to get all employees on the same page and improved communication in the sense that it provokes and promotes dialog.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out about Mindtickle is how well it balances structure with flexibility. It’s not just another video and quiz platform, it’s a platform that helps you build a consistent sales enablement process that people use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle is packed with functionality, but that can be a double-edged sword. At times, it feels like there’s almost too much under the hood, and you need a bit of a mental map to navigate certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle helps me turn training into action by reinforcing key skills over time, not just during onboarding. It’s also given us visibility into our own readiness so we can ramp faster.
