Enable Us has helped us wow our customers with targeted information.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of being able to send customers information tailored to their specific needs is remarkable. Saving templates has also created a lot of value add and time savings for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library of assets can be a little chaotic. I'd like to see a cleaner way to organize it, or at least something more apparent if that's already available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to get a wealth of information to our prospects in a much more concise format than by sending countless attachments or links to videos. It allows us to better meet our prospects where they are in the buyer journey and thus convert more to customers.

Great tool for sending infos to prospects, referral partners etc.

It helps to summarize our offers for clients and referral partners. Clients and referral partners come back to our Enable Us link to get additional infos about our offers.

At first, it can seem a bit messy to create a portal

- It was very easy to get started with their content management solution. I have used a few other clunky solutions, and I like how simple it is for me to find any content I need.
- I could create my first deal room in less than two minutes and start seeing how my prospects engage with it.
- I love how I can record video within the platform and send it with all my deal rooms instead of having to buy and use other third-party tools.
- I love I can use their tile layouts for larger deals and their standard layouts for more transactional deals.

- Nothing that I can think of - they listen to all my feedback, and it's refreshing to see new product updates regularly.

Quick & Easy for Salespeople to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The Category & Search functions are outstanding.
Once the Sales Team members become used to searching in Enable Us, instead of asking a marketing team member or requesting meetings with marketing about what's available, the Sales Team pops into Enable Us and a quick search gives them what they're looking for.
At that point, it is easy for our Sales Team to share our collateral with their customers/prospects without the worry of spam filters blocking attachments, checking file sizes allowed by recipients' email servers, etc.
It is also extremely handy for updating existing marketing/sales collateral without recreating the wheel each time.

The UI, functionality, and ease of use. I can get a high quality microsite without too much effort that looks professional.
