Mindtickle is transforming from being solely an e-learning platform to an e-coaching platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very robust platform, but well structured. It is designed to solve the needs of companies of any size. There is a lot that can be done within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider two areas of opportunity, but I understand they are being improved. The first: Have a simple platform to exploit progress and execution information.
The second, Enhancement: To maximize the benefits of the platform, it is essential to integrate a strong development and coaching methodology alongside it. Without proper guidance and implementation best practices, harnessing the full potential of the tool becomes a challenging task.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has been very helpful in accompanying the Onboarding process. Fortunately, we have grown, and we have many new colleagues.
The tool has been super useful in giving an induction to the company, learning about our products, the use of our technological tools, and our processes.
In short, the tool has been an excellent ally for our new staff.

New Way of Doing Training
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to consume trainings in different ways (self-paced or instructor led) and via desktop app or mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data analytics should be more flexible and not as predetermined.
PowerPoint animations do not work any more once file is uploaded to Mindtickle. Need to use SCORM format instead.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extending the reach beyond classroom trainings or just shared files. Allows us to facilitate instructor led trainings from registration, attendance tracking to analytics.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sets a really high standard for sales onboarding and performance management.
The call coaching features are amazing and really love it seamlessly integrates with other tools like Outreach and Salesforce.
Asset management with Asset Hub and Digital Sales Room are really good.

The most complete solution, but it is expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
We're constantly finding use cases we would have never considered needing, but that we ended up needing, and Mindtickle has a solution for every one of them. They've really thought through everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times could be improved, it is one of the slower pieces of SaaS that I use regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Between the content we're easily able to build inside Mindtickle along with the prepackaged enablement content that we got for a really reasonable price, we have training for every possible need across our sales and other teams. We use Mindtickle not just for sales, but for onboarding and training almost every part of our business.
MindTickle will give you the tools to create training that actually is effective.
What do you like best about the product?
Getting results from training requires learners to change behavior. Creating a behavior change requires practice. MindTickle's platform provides the tools to create training that includes practice, reinforcement, evaluation, and coaching. MindTickle continually evolves and updates their solution with current trends, particularily advancements in AI assisted learning and evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating learning journeys for multiple segments/sub segments are on the roadmap but not here yet. Analytics of Call AI, their conversational intelligence solution need to be improved as well, again, on their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle is solving: new product training, sales training, customer engagement, solution selling, and providing a platform to practice instead of practicing on the customer.
Most user friendly enablement thus far
What do you like best about the product?
As a seller, one of my favorite features is being able to duplicate rooms for new deals. This is super easy to do in Enable.us. In addition, the way you can organize the look of your deal room is a lot more flexible and the layouts are cleaner than what I've seen in other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate that their layouts are better than others in the industry, I still think they can do better with being more design forward. Would be great to customize layouts more, colors, fonts, etc...being more on brand or similar branding would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately it's accelerating pipeline and accelerating decision making by providing a central resource for my buying team to find everything they need to make a decision.
One of the more organized and design friendly sales hubs out there
What do you like best about the product?
There were a few key areas that I find useful: content repository and the personalized sales room functionality. The repository supports a ton of different ways to upload content and different types of content. You can tag the content by anything you'd like. And it's easy to add and remove content. Plus, when it all comes together and you have content that is in your sales room, then you can see what pieces of content people are looking at most, for how long, and do some analysis to see which content pieces are part of deals that close more often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the overall design could use some updating. It's more of a windows feel. I think they have a ton of room to improve the visual capabilities across the platform. I'd also like to see more layout options on the landing pages. Think like a SquareSpace well tested landing page template. It should feel like an experience not just a nice google drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a few problems it has supports. One being keeping a central place where content is stored and shared that's more easily accessible than a google drive. With the tagging functionality, it helps search for what you need and visually see it. Think of it as a source of truth for sales enablement content. Second I appreciate then solving the question of "are my prospects even looking at the room and my content we spent a lot of time creating?" You get notifications in Slack and email when someone views your room then you can dig deeper. Then it can help answer "what content is best performing" so that I as an IC can include those pieces to get more engagement.
Really Enjoy Using Enable Us
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Enable Us. The level of granularity for the reporting is very helpful for our product marketing team to understand what is working and what is not working. It's also a great way for our sales teams to stay engaged with prospects/clients that are highly engaged in the content we are sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides for Enable Us. We've found the tool to be very valuable for our teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable Us is helping us to target engaged prospects. Beyond sales rooms, we are using Enable Us to host webinar and event content as well as internal assets for onboarding.
Midtickle is a great platform overall!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes taking courses and other required training fiarly straighforward. By "game-ifying" the process, they make it easy to see how someone is doing and motivating them to complete things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there are a lot of modules, it's easy to get lost in terms of what is required to do vs. optional.
