Mindtickle is a crucial resource to distinguish yourself among peers and ramp up on training
What do you like best about the product?
Easy format for training and tracking. Wealth of information to understand how to excel at your job. Easy to implement trainings into your workflow. Digestible format to take a few courses per week. I use it often to train on specific topics. The product topics integrate easily into day to day work. I never had real issues to contact customer support.

Sometimes buggy if you leave a session and come back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle solves how to improve talk track and workflow. It also fills in the gaps for training around new processes that are frequently updated.

Ease of video recording and recording, The feedback given by AI on the video you record

That the options are very limited, not much we could do on the platforms

The platform's AI gave me constructive feedback on my mindtle video eg - the talk ratio, if I'm talking too fast, If im using too many filler etc. Quite usefull to clear my certification

Pretty simple and straightforward training program platform

The main page is clean and easy to navigate and like the module breakdown and navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main panel on the left with all the top level trainings doesn't utilize the space efficiently cutting off titles sometimes.

I like the graphic interface, the bite sized pieces, the clock showing how long there is, the fact you can double speed

It happened to me before that a module didnt unlock for some reason and I was stuck.

The training sessions are fairly engaging and easy to navigate. I also like seeing my progress and being able to keep up with the progress of my direct reports. The dashboards are easy and infromative.

Sometimes, the navigation during training can be burdensome.

Knowledge and understanding presented in a straightforward, understandable medium.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to learn at the pace you are most comfortable with. The similarities of each way a leasson way taught made it easier to find a pattern to the learning process. This made folloing alone easier as the series progressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not care for the word puzzles. I am dyslexic though so I understand I am most likely in the minority with my opinion. LOL

Mindtickle has made the process of onboarding, training, and continued educaton a steamlined process for all associates.
