Great allround sales enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has multiple facets which can be used for various parts of user enablement. Between Asset Hub, Digital Sales Rooms, native content building features, and the constant innovation the Product Team is working on the new AI features. It simplifies the overall onboarding and enablement for enterprise level clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has some missing features which they are working on, the suggestions and features need to be more connected with other enterprise tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The comprehensive modernization of legacy training systems, significantly enhancing market engagement and sales enablement for a global user base exceeding 500,000. This pivotal project involves transitioning from outdated legacy systems to a cutting-edge, user-centric platform.

The platform gives plenty of features that can support a trainer to easily train or coach the field colleagues and analyse their performance in quick time !

It is helping to manage learning for a larger group of audience & administer quiz in real time & get analytics of the scores.
It is also having features like artificial intelligence which can analyze the performance in detailing & role-plays.
Mindtickle also helps in having a repository of content & modules that can be easily sent to different categorized group of learners.

Unified Content Management System for Field Training Enablement, and Digital Sales Rooms
What do you like best about the product?
Digital assets (videos, PDFs, articles, ebooks, links, etc.) tagged as external-facing can easily be shared with customers by our executive leadership and field teams including Sales Development Representatives,Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers.
The new AI features enable self-service for our teams.
Training missions make it easy for our field teams to record and upload video presentations to practice their skills.
The Mindtickle account and support teams have been very helpful as we onboarded and expanded our use of this platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle provides some built-in reporting, but I would like more reporting to help me identify and prioritize our best-performing content.
Like other content management systems, it requires time and effort to currate and track content requests, development, curation, and publication. It would be nice if Mindtickle included some project management features to simplify collaboration on content creation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Mindtickle, our content was scattered across messaging apps, cloud storage, emal, and people's laptops and phones. Now, with Mindtickle, we keep all of our internal and external content and resources in a single location. Sales Hubs help us organize content by internal and external audiences. Tags make it easy to categorize conotent by type, audience, buyer stage, etc. For example, we have content for our Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Partners.
Onboarding new sales team members used to be a big challenge, requiring a lot of preparation of custom slide decks, calendaring, emails and pulling together a variety of content such as checklists, spreadsheets, documents, and product demos. Now we have an organized way to deliver new team member onboarding and can track each person's progress.
Before Mindtickle, when prospects wanted more product information after an initial call, we had to find files to attach to an email and forward that email to all of the attendees. Now we use Mindtickle's built-in Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs) and templates to make it easy to share the relevant content with prospects, partners, and customers, including a company overview, 3rd party analyst research, product data sheets, customer videos, slides, and testimonials. Recipients can forward to their colleagues and we can see the most popular pieces of content to help us continually improve our marketing materials.

My Mindtickle experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I most liked is the simplicity of the system, allowing complex operations to be executed easily - the complexity is left behind the scenes, while the operation is simple - great work there ! I also liked the collaboration capabilities and the AI search.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few small things which can make the difference and make Mindtickle even better. E.g. limited design options, etc. Not critical but can help.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to collect all follow-up material for a prospective customer in one place. I pride myself on being organized and being easy to buy from, this allows me to collect my materials and answers as I have them and put them in one convenient and shared space. I'm a fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any downsides from a platform standpoint, but I do think there is more we could do with it as a company. Banner stock, images, etc. It's really quite complete from what I've found so far.

Everything is kept in one spot and I get notified when my prospects are reviewing follow-up material, no more wondering if they're looking at what I send. Some are, some are not, but at least I know.
I deducted one point on ease of use because I wish it auto-saved. I have a bad habbit of leaving the page before I'm done and neglect to save.
