It is easy and intuitive, it provides gamification that helps motivate the user in their learning path

Content vida video, with subtitles, being able to change the speed and also being able to run tests exams

Nothing really. Very little times the punctuation didn't work well and I had to review the video for me to count

Enablement is a good way to have everything centralized in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. You can find topics you want to learn about very easily. I'm using Mindtickle a few times per week for just a few minutes, but this keeps me up to date. The feature I use most is the overview of lessons/courses that are remaining for me. My employer sets up several short courses a month to follow. This way my employer and me know that I'm up to date with the necessary knowledge. I work in IT, on the data management side (data architecture) and staying up to date is a necessity. Mindtickle really helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a knowledge score in the system. For every 100 points scored in the lessons/courses you receive 1 knowledge point. Some easy courses give points very easy and some hard courses almost give no points. There should be more balance in that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle helps me to be a better (pre)sales data architect.

Easy to understand and to use. Questions between video is also good to fix some points.

Nothing: all sounds good from my side. Sometimes could it be possible to repeat the tests?

Easy to navigate and can play videos at 1.2x speed to save time on some trainings

The UX can be improved a bit as the window that has all the contant becomes hard to scroll along with all images and text combined

It makes sure all trainings are in one place and easy to keep track of which ones are complete, in progress and the percentage completion

The modules I am required to train on are set up by the admin and are very easy to understand.

If the UI were complicated, it would be a little depressing to conduct training, but that is not the case with Mindtickle.
