Very satisfied with the service
What do you like best about the product?
The agility of the support team to answer our questions. The communication about the new features or updates are very clear. The commercial team is incredible and very available for our all needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to have support people speaking spanish, to have a better approach with our Latam Team whose spanish is the main language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, empower users through training sessions to align the use of the tool and its new features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good application with a nice platform, and both engaged commercial and support team.
Great tool for a new Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
It's very agile and adaptable to multiple sales needs. Community Brands has acquired several brands in the last 2 years. We have varying needs in cross-sell, and onboarding, all of which take precedence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the user profiles is a little cumbersome but that is mainly due to the fact that we have multiple instances of Salesforce at the moment so we have not integrated the platform yet.

Sales readiness across the entire sales team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend MindTickle to others. The micro-learning, the missions and demo training is a valuable tool for any sales leader to have for their team.
Industrialisation of our Sales Enablement program
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very pleasant and easy to use. The feature richness of the platform enables us to cover all learning format required for our extensive Sales Onboarding and Sales Continuous Learning programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The only thing I could say is that from time, the platform can be quite slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fast growing SaaS start-up, selling a product that requires a lot of knowledge and know-how. We were struggling at training newcomers across disseminated locations, we were not able to track their progress and level of understanding, and our documentation was overwhelming. With Minditckle we can now cadence our onboarding program with adapted formats, traceable metrics, and better communication channels.
MindTickle Accelerates the Learning Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the mobile experience more than most applications I've tested. Extremely easy to use and intuitive/almost identical to the desktop experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become too much/confusing - it's a bit cluttered in terms of the content provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and rep enablement in a single platform; we're able to track rep's progress and everyone in our org has visibility in to the results

I love how interactive MindTickle is! It always keep the learners best interest in mind and provides a fun and engaging way to push out content.

We need better integration with Linkedin Learning

Simple Platform to Learn Organization
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to go through the content created by our operations team. When they send out a new training, MindTickle makes it easy to go step by step through videos and questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was first hired, it was a little difficult to navigate to the right trainings. That could have been because it was a new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training individuals within our organization and informing them on monthly updates about the company and things they need to know.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An issue our organization is having with this software is it doesn't do more than simply share content. It would be nice if we could be engaged in other ways than just a video.

What do you like best about the product?
The different quizzes and tests after learning new features etc.

The sessions seem dysfunctional at times and laggy. other than that it is a great product for learning or onboarding

Helps with onboarding or training new employees, also helps coworkers that have been with company refresh on things they might have forgotten. also helps with learning when there are new product launches.

MindTickle is key in our initial pitch training as well as continued learning throughout the year. The ease of having everything on demand for initial and recurring learning is indispensable.

Inability for users to delete and resubmit recordings.

Great Sales Enablement Software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, and a fantastic support team! The Support Team generates reports for me every week. They have also used their design team to build templates & images for my team.
The software makes it easy to share folders (series) only with certain Groups, which is helpful!

Some of the analytics functionality is limiting, and you cannot easily override scores / points. This can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MindTickle for onboarding new Sales reps, and consistent communication with the Field. We primarily use MindTickle as a content repository.

it is super easy to use and the UI is clean for all users

sometimes the answers for fill in the blank won't click as correct.. they don't pick up automatically on certain phrases

it's good to get the whole company on the same page. the benefits are in teaching new techniques and resources for all the users

it really is a great tool to get everyone onboarded with new resources, because it forces you to learn more in a educational manner
