What do you like best about the product?
The quizzes are super helpful. I like how you can test your knowledge

I dislike how long some of the videos are. I think my organization could make some of them shorter.

A crisp, neat and complete online learning platform for sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
As a member of sales community in my organization, I found MindTickle to be an intuitive and easy to use online tool for accessing all sales courses and updates administered by the sales enablement organization. The tool presents a holistic view of completed and pending courses to the users in an organized manner which makes it easy for me to plan and consume the learning material at my own pace without interrupting my everyday work schedule. I am able to access MindTickle on my mobile device as well which means I can access sales courses anytime while travelling too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything which I can mention as a dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salespeople generally have busy schedules and information needs to be presented in an easy to consume manner. Moreover, salespeople like to access content not only on laptops but also on any device on the move. MindTickle helps organizations address this problem very effectively.
They are short sessions. They give a variety of question formats which is helpful.

I wish there were "levels" of expertise so that you could either "test out" of the beginner level or skip some of them.

It's good to review the content; it helps build my business acumen.

I appreciate that Mindtickle has a required list of everything I need to get done for my onboarding and ongoing development. It's almost like a 1 stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the interface is hard to use - you get assigned a bunch of stuff, but its hard to determine which ones are actually required or when they are due unless you look at each session individually. I wish there was more of a checklist that was easily accessible with alerts when I log in

Onboarding and ongoing development. It really helps me upskill in a timely manner and allows me to approach clients consultatively

The platform presents courses in a friendly manner, which motivates to continue learning. It's like a game with interesting tasks and challenges where you can compete with your peers

Not many dislikes, but there are some points to improve. For example, several courses take too much time where reward )points) is not enough.

The main benefit is new knowledge gained. The experience of getting new competencies is really great.

I like the fact that I have the Transcript of the lectures is beneficial.
In my case, I use it as a learning platform; I review courses and content related to my work, I can see the evolution and my progress; it is dynamic and easy to handle.

Overall I like everything, but I would like to see a dark mode.

I have been able to do the training and evaluations without any problems, and my learning grows with each session.

Should be taken into account in their companies; this provides support for the growth of their employees, maintaining skills, and learning new ones that contribute to the company.

The duration of some videos is so extensive, and maybe if a video will be twenty o thirty minutes, the information could be more helpful.

I acquired a lot of information related to the product and how to sells it. How to speak in a commercial meeting, and how to express an idea better.
