I haven't yet uploaded content to or created a video with mindtickle but I am a frequent user
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability. Honestly though, as a viewer what I really appreciate is when there are videos as opposed to just click-through slides. I like that I can speed the videos up to a pace that works well for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it often freezes and sometimes I watch the content but for some reason, it never updates that I have completed/watched the content. Our managers follow up on whether the trainings have been watched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for training. Mostly to teach reps about new procedures.
Very easy for Sales teams to view the content
What do you like best about the product?
This product makes it very easy for my team to send on-demand training to our sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the reporting be more robust with the ability to keep sales team more accountable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fast-moving tech company, we are able to track what content our sales teams have engaged with and then test retention.
Great Platform for Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform with great gamification options. You can use content that you create or link to other content to be used for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be improved. The visualizations are good but I would like to be able to have more visibility across groups versus having to pull separate reports for each. There are also some UI improvements that could be done to make the administration role easier. In some areas of the platform it isn't clear where learner information can be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding of new client-facing team members.

- The amount of classroom time required has been reduced as courses are self-service and available to new employees on day one. Faster ramp up for new reps.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with a blueprint for your content and have some content ready before you get started. Your plan should include not only training courses but a schedule of regular updates that can be pushed out to the team to maintain their engagement with the platform. The Missions feature in MindTickle is great and can be used for salespeople to practice a pitch or objection handling. Make sure that sales leadership is committed to using Missions on a regular basis to get the most out of it. You don't have to have all of your content ready before you start. Videos and other materials can be uploaded and released quickly and you can continually add to your curriculum.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is a simple but robust platform that allows you to quickly setup training material and retrieve analytic information (in layers) for your learners. The staff is responsive and can provide useful insight into training best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot complain about the MindTickle experience. If I really had to search for something it would be the occasional data discrepancy that might happen in the Analytics tab. The team has made tremendous efforts to resolve this and the problem has not occurred recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create a robust platform for delivering "right now" training modules to our Sales reps both locally and in the field. The team at MindTickle have gone the extra mile to ensure their clients have the right tools needed to properly deploy an LMS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Certainly worth a try if you are fresh to Sales Enablement and you want a team that is experienced and willing to help guide you to success.

I use MindTickle during our Sales Meetings to take pre-works, qualify presentations, review material online, do quizzes and share information with my peers.

On my personal experience, this is a great tool to communicate and collaborate online

What do you like best about the product?
On-boarding, training and re-enforcement can take a ton of time. MindTickle enables me to do it in a quarter of the time and most importantly make sure it is all re-enforced.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could use a little improvement. It can sometimes be difficult to navigate.

Training and sales enablement can cost time and resources. We get rid of that with MindTickle.
Solution for sales enablement and onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is very easy to use with a simple structure of importing existing materials and then embedding in question options for engagement. The structure of courses or "quick updates" (small snippets that you can push to mobile) that work on desktop and mobile, plus the automated analytics and email scheduling make it a fast to deploy training without a lot of manual administration.
What do you dislike about the product?
MindTickle is still early in offering some of the more advanced features such as flexible analytics (you have to export to Excel to do deep data manipulation), automated reporting, or any kind of video editing in the platform itself. It also could use some better self-training materials, though their account management team is stellar, quick to act, very responsive, and very eager to support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MindTickle to enable our field sales team, at scale, with tracking. We are now able to demonstrate quantitatively the adoption of training across our sales team, accelerating and improving our relationship with Sales while ensuring that the many changes that occur in our fast-paced business are adopted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MindTickle is a fast way to get started on sales enablement and is very easy to use for new users (which helps if you are trying to have many within your organization to support content development). It has enough analytics to get started on trackable sales training and it's user interface is extremely simple and mobile-friendly to support your account executives who are inevitably using the tool while on the road.
Easy to administer, user friendly and highly applicable towards today's sales force
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle has many cool functions - their quick updates are easy to use and disseminate information in a short amount of time, the courses have been highly effective for engaging new hires prior to arriving at Bootcamp, but it's the Missions that really bring the rubber to the road. The Missions are easy for both admin, user, and reviewer and memorializes the evolution of a sales rep's progress, as well as provides peer-to-peer examples for practice pitches and demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I think the platform is solid. The platform could be even better if it was further integrated into SFDC: course performance tied to the User profile and corresponding Opportunities/Revenue attributes. This way, admins could correlate sales rep performance with other achievements within SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Mindtickle, our Bootcamp was the first exposure our reps had to classroom study of Egnyte and its products. Since deploying Mindtickle, reps completed the prerequisite "homework" in Mindtickle, and came to Bootcamp ready to discuss, ask questions and perform live sales simulations, thus making our new hire onboarding much more effective.

Part of the appeal of Mindtickle was the Professional Services and the Customer Success. Their knowledge of sales enablement best practices runs deeper than the platform, but extends into execution and cadence of training and deployment. Their PS also goes above and beyond in creating a well-rounded course that is attractive, coherent and informational.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is an easy to use and administer cloud-based sales effectiveness platform. As the leader for our enablement vision/strategy I like the focus on continuous product enhancements to help drive "enablement-on-demand", simple configuration, analytics and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
being somewhat new to the market, it's hard to find administrators/operations staff familiar with the platform...however, since the technology is so easy to administer/use, this is not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a hyper-growth start up, we need the ability to quickly create learning assets (curriculum series, courses, updates, missions) along with the ability for our sales leaders to coach and help certify our global sales force...especially new hires. Our enablement team is small so being able to scale, support the growing demands and stay one step ahead is critical. MindTickle continues to have a positive impact as we address these dynamics all while positively impacting new hire time to ramp and overall sales productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to meet with their executive team...they ultimately had the most impact on our decision to partner with MindTickle (confidence, credibility, genuine concern with our needs short/long term).
