Minktickle is a GREAT training tool!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Short video training modules from 5 minutes to 15 minutes allows for learning key points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many modules pile up and we get behind on staying current. Sometimes the message is too long and detailed in nature. I wish the coaching for the speakers would emphasize brevity over lengthy messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a technology company, we are acquiring many companies, and staying current on value propositions is a daily exercise. Minktickle is feed from many contributors that all want their message at the top. I appreciate the knowledge gained from this platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gone are the days of 80 PowerPoint slides for education. Now with Minktickle, video training is the rage. I love the short modules for getting a key message across. Since we are all in learning mode for our entire lives, this is a great venue to stay up to date. I highly recommend this product.
I am using for all my training and it is a very friendly tool. Easy to handle and to work with.

We are constantly moving the way we work, so we are constantly in training. Mindtickle help us to be updated and use quickly to find the content for reskill.
Useful and convenient form of learning!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the interactive training sessions. Compared to the older training system, it involves a well rounded system that will actually show you the progress of others and start courses before having them assigned, allows for growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always take me to the next available course, and when it does, sometimes that course has been completed already. Looking to continue through courses easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I find is making sure I stay on top of assigned courses. There is also a lot of interlapping of courses that still are offered through another site, but that isn't necessarily a Mindtickle problem but one Sherwin has allowed. They have yet consolidated to one learning site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consolidate as much as possible, it is a useful, interactive program that helps develop employees

I love that I can know the training that is required for my role and that I have specific dates and well-established passing criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading times when I finish a course or set.

Multiple geographies and teams are being trained remotely with a well-defined standard and well defined objectives

Verify current LMS is compatible, but basically it is great for all training needs.

I'm solving learning gaps and upskilling habilities I need to execute my work in my company, as I can access content to understand more about the industry I'm working in, dedicate some time of my working schedule to deepen my professional training and do it in my own pace. I find that MindTickle has a differential advantage that concerns the accessibility of finished courses - it's very organized and easy to find, the quality of the content I can find there, and the platform itself is a great one since I never had any problems with it crashing or being too slow to load the content I needed
