What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is amazing. I get the quickest responses and follow through with every request.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about MindTickle.

We have leveled our training program to no longer require the F2F element. People can learn anywhere, anytime and on the go!

Easy to find courses and track their progress.
It is user-friendly.
It does is send you email notifications/reminders about trainings that are/aren't completed, which is huge.

When there are videos included, you have to watch every second of that video, or it will not show that you've completed the training.

Good organization and interesting lesson plan layout.

It is easy to find information and easy-to-use lesson plans, with interesting layouts that help to keep learning relevant information intriguing.

There is not much to disklike besides occasional glitches and coding issues.

I am finding and learning the relevant information for my job and using it appropriately due to the adequate information delivery.
Very innovative way to process trainings. I've noticed them to be very informative!

The sleekness, most training UI's are out dated, this is fresh.

Nothing yet! It has all been a pleasant experience!

Getting our people interested in training has been wonderful; it would be rad to use this program outside of work-based studies.
Great self paced learning tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great for learning with amazing content. I am glad I got introduced to this learning portal in my workplace. It has a variety of content with great overview. It is sectioned and you can resume the learning from the place you left. Many of our engineers have also uploaded their custom courses on the portal and makes it very easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is great to see the scoreboard and leadership, which gives motivation. I, however, do not see the certificate that can be showcased on the completition. That may be a great thing to incorporate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for personal learning but as we can add custom content it becomes a great training tool for peers. Eg. Creating a onboarding or training for the new joiners was something step by step I was thinking to implement.

I wish there were more Mond Tickle Training Available on all Platforms. Mind Tickle Breaks the Mold when it comes to learning new Product reveals and such.
