Excellent Sales Acceleration and Reference Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The product is thoughtfully designed around building salesperson capacity through the utilization of "deal rooms" as a mechanism to drive sales by delivering content and references directly to the propective buyer in a web-portal designed just for them. This allows the salesperson to manage multiple "deal rooms" and deliver a great expereince at high volume. Further, the "deal rooms" provide insights to verify that customers are reviewing the resources and references that you are providing. The reference management portion allows us to capture reference testimonials via video, audio, or text and deliver those to propspects on-demand without the risk of over-using our key references. Overall, I've been super happy utilizing the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the best things about working with Referenceable is that their team is quick to respond to "dislikes" about the product. In fact, we've seen several development iterations as they work to address market demands and meet specific requests. We are very excited about seeing additional integrations as develompent continues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lean sales staff and we have been looking for tools to help accelarate business and manage our customer reference pool. So far, based on our intial work with Referenceable, we've received positive feedback from customers that the "deal rooms" have been great to interact with and we've just started to collect reference information in the system, but folks have found it very easy to use.

The fact that the questions were related to the presentations but not too easy.

The fact that I cannot increase the speed of presentation plus it is a great tool

The tool uses short, concise clips to train vs. typical long presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's designed very well, some of the content you create yourself cannot be adjusted.

Training large groups of people with the same message has been great!

What do you like best about the product?
I am taking courses required for our SDR department to increase my SDR skills. I love the ease of taking each class assigned to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing wrong to say so far. Our Sales Enablement department has assigned MindTickle classes to strengthen our SDR skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have furthered my sales experience in the year that I have been in the SDR role. We use this as a sales coaching and training tool here at Okta.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is very user-friendly. It is easy to search and there are notifications so that you remember to complete the training always.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are videos to watch, you have to watch every second of that video, or it will not show that you've completed the training. There also isn't a good way of saving progress because it doesn't leave off exactly where you stopped watching. A few simple tweaks to the software could fix that though.

Sales training has become easier, and Mindtickle has seemingly increased the completion rate across the board.

I liked that it was easy for me to see the courses assigned to me and easy to complete the courses.

I was a little confused on the path with the optional courses.

It seems to be an excellent tool for coordinating training, especially with large groups.

It can sometimes be a bit slow to load. It is not super slow thought.

I used MindTickle for training purposes on products and new sales plays. We also use it or required training.

Great way to get people trained. The ability to go back and review content as well as the ability to download content for reused and review is awesome.
