Best tool for sharing follow up's with my prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The content library and the option to create deal rooms for each prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup initial still seems a little crowded in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time prospects ask me "Hey can you send us the slide deck / demo to review with my team" I have a one-click solution to do so right after my meetings.

Very efficient tool for content creation

What do you like best about the product?
Features such as start and stop at any slide while recording videos. The ability to Insert a slide or delete a slide if you are not ok with the content seamlessly is something that I absolutely loved. I also love the feature of giving points; this gives a sense of achievement. It also motivates to take more training courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I missed the feature of allowing pictures in picture recording. This feature would actually help the content creator and the consumer to connect in a better way.
Also competition provides this feature, so it would help to have picture-in-picture. feature on Mindtickle as well. It would also help if we have an option to send a push notification such as email when a content is created to the possible consumers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create videos using slide decks for knowledge sharing and giving details on roadmap of our upcoming products and some of the. latest and greatetest technology. I also use this tool to watch the various content created by others such as technical demos and deep ddive sessions to keep myself upto date on various technical topics. Overall it's a great tool for collaboration and knowledge sharing. It's simple to use for both the creators and content consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
Referenceable has an easy-to-use interface that allows its users to quickly select high-impact content/references and organize them in a way that educates buyers and streamlines the sales process. This not only saves our team time but also makes it much simpler for our prospects to interact with our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point, this tool addresses many of our team needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are easily identifying which content performs best with our prospects, we are helping aggregate all selling materials in one place so prospects no longer have to dig through multiple emails/download attachments. We also are able to reuse references over and over while respecting the time of our existing customers by capturing their reviews once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a fantastic platform for any team looking to accelerate their sales cycle and create an easy-to-use content library that allows for content optimization. The team at referenceable is highly responsive and makes the onboarding process simple and pain-free. The feature developments over the past few months have also been impressive, I would expect to continue to see great developments over the upcoming months.

What do you like best about the product?
The high-level layout of the platform and how easy it is to complete training in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aesthetic could be better it is a bit choppy to look at in terms of where you are towards comoletion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am completing my internal learning journey, RAMP.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is choppy to have the course open up in a new window every time and then try and go back to figure out where you are on a dashboard. Just make the end-to-end experience a little more seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform can be as simple or complex as you want it. You can create quick mico learnings or in-depth journeys. I also like the AI component.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy working with the entire team however we ran into time difference issues with their content developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using MT to assist in creating an on-boarding and on-going sales enablement program. We aim to increase time to contribution for new hires.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to streamline and accelerate content-sharing, collaboration, and communication with our potential buyer/customer. Removes all the clutter created by dozens of emails and attachments sent to our prospects. It is a single source of truth for everything our sales team needs to sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have a mobile app - it would be good to get real-time alerts on our AE's mobile app so they can immediately get back to their prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To capture and store everything our account executives need in one place organized by industry, deal-stage, persona, country, etc. We are using Referenceable to accelerate and streamline all the content sharing and collaboration with our buyers and our customers. We have seen an increase in our deal velocity as well as in our customer onboarding. Because we pre-capture customer references via Referenceable, the number of customer reference call requests have gone down substantially. Finally, as a sales manager, "deal rooms" make it easy for me to ensure that every AE is following the correct steps and sharing everything that needs to be shared.

What do you like best about the product?
As our operations coordinator, I manage customer onboarding. Referenceable completely transformed our onboarding process. Historically we used a combination of tools to facilitate our process. Multiple tools and communication channels created inefficiencies and confusion.

We love Referenceable's ability to streamline our onboarding process with customized virtual environments for every customer. Everything we need to scope, train, and implement our customers happens through our virtual rooms. The virtual rooms track engagement which alerts our CSR team when and how to manage the account. We also love how the room builds a knowledge bank for stakeholders. Our customers love that they can asynchronously engage our content on their schedules versus trying to coordinate all team members into one meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform currently meets our needs perfectly, but we'd love to see a few more workflow/staging options. We're excited to see these new features in the upcoming releases!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are specifically trying to solve customer onboarding processes. Customer onboarding is essential to get off on the right foot and provides the foundation for revenue retention. In high-growth companies such as ours, it is difficult to onboard both quickly and effectively. Referenceable solved this by providing a seamless solution for our CSR team to collaborate with our customers.

Powerful tool to enable sales team & your buyers

What do you like best about the product?
Managing a high-growth team through complicated B2B sales cycles is always challenging. We needed a solution to help us enable our sellers and accelerate deals with our buyers. We selected Referenceable because it solved both challenges for our team.

We like that it is probably one of the most straightforward tools to use on the market. Adoption is key to the success of any tool. Sales tools are historically complicated and time-consuming. Our team selected Referenceable because it was easy and quick to use.

We also love the fact that it empowers our buyers. Typically, it is a lot of work for our buying champions to coordinate navigating the deal with the evaluation team. Referenceable streamlines this process for our buyers and makes it super easy for them to sell the deal internally using one single link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we disliked initially was integration with our push-to-call and video system we use to connect buyers and sellers. Referenceable has great support and added custom buttons for our sales team to utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems:
- Complicated and lengthy sales cycles
- Coordinating 5-10 members on the buyer evaluation team
- Accelerate our deal velocity

Benefits:
- We've seen significant improvements in our seller's ability to navigate and accelerate their deal cycles efficiently.
- We've seen a significant reduction in emails and endless back and forth between our sellers and deal evaluation teams. This has helped materially reduce our sales cycles.
- We've seen significant buyer enablement. Our buyers love using Referenceable because it makes it easy for them to navigate the deal process.

Nice Training Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Fully interactive, with a lot of videos and excellent tests. The tool is greatly organized and allows you to find content easily. Also, it's integrated with our single sign on, that saves us a lot of time to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The tool is really complete, friendly to the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to self-train and acquire more and more knowledge. Also, I can access content thru mi laptop and mobile phone with exactly the same user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard, Easy navigation, and progress report
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequency of sending alerts and progress reports for the running/assigned courses. Sometimes it is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my learning along with my peers. It gives a competitive feeling.
