What do you like best about the product?
All the office trainings are with MindTickle and I like the way it sends reminders and asking to complete the training. Contents are very clear

sometime content go too fast so I've to go back listen again

Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy and simple to work with MindTickle and the training modules provided in there. Never had any hassle or trouble setting up the training and the gamification thing is also very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing I really "dislike".

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Mind Tickle since our company introduced the platform in 2019. I’ve found it to be an effective tool for furthering the learning and coaching processes on company specific initiatives. Mind Tickle provides interactive learning and detailed explanations. It allows for our organization to implement and coach on a diverse set of learning courses. These courses help me to grow as a professional in a sales organization. I like how the trainings flow from module to module. This expedites the training process and helps it to run smoothly. The ability to get feedback and interact with management through the platform has been impactful on my ability to improve my understanding on the presented material. I like that it standardizes learning for our entire organization. Getting everyone on the same page helps for our organization to all move in the direction the organization would like us to move in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mind Tickle has a wide variety of course offerings but it sometimes uploads some unnecessary trainings that aren’t relevant to my current position. Sometimes I’ve experience loading time issues and had poor response times when interaction with response based learning tools. The information presented is often relevant to my day to day work and I wish some of the tools and documents were eligible to save or share direct from the presentations. This would be helpful to implementing them into my sales process to further my success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Farthing myself as a professional is important to me and using the learning modules has helped me better myself. Modules such as New Sales Rep Onboarding, Evolved Sales Process Training and New Product Excellence have all been relevant to my advancement. I’ve gained a better understanding of the new process.It has also helped with the onboarding process when new to my positions. It is a great way for employees to learn about the different process and tools available to use when in the field or behind the counter. Mind tickle has provided a quick and efficient way to lean about new company initiatives in a fun and engaging way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend new uses to engaging in the platform. Taking a few minutes out of your day to learn about new tools and processes is a great use of your time when trying to grow as a professional. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
For Management teams I would emphasize implementing completion based initiatives to help motivate users. Also be sure to respond in a timely manner on coaching tools

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to navigate and the 'pop up challenges' keep you engaged over time and serves as reminders of the key concepts. Very innovative approach!

There was nothing to dislike. It is an overall good training platform.

Simple way to train
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of MindTickle is how simple it is to train several people all at once. Especially if the team has different schedules, this is a great way for someone to take the training at their own time and at their own pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I am not a fan of is the style of question during the assessments in which you have to select all the different answers that fit the question. If you accidentally make a mistake, you are blocked from making any additional selections. I wish there was a way that you could choose your options and then select a "submit" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm primarily solving the problem of training and evaluating my knowledge of several different subjects that are pertinent to my ever evolving field of work.
Its so easy to navigate and go through the course.

The UI and ease of navigation. User-friendly and intuitive.

There is nothing coming on my mind as of now. It's been a great experience so far.

I predominantly use this tool to aid my learning. Made sure I allocate a portion of my time every week to enrich my knowledge.

I like most the easy way to move from one context to another all the videos are very easy to use and very flexible to know to go next and how.
I think that for a new employee in the compy with MindTickle the onboarding will be very easy, also the user can all see the tracking of is produce was he start a new course.
another great thing is you can assign a user to courses and he will get a message to his mail so he can know what courses he needs to do.
the admin can also put a timeline for the user that in this time the user needs to finish the courses after this if the user will not to so the course will be disabled and the admin will need to create a new timeline of open the courses without a timeline

there was only one small problem the is very small in the right side of the web site it will be better if the icons will bit bigger then know
