Easy and flexible enablement platform
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience and flexibility. Using MT helps me quarterly find the right enablement and its mobile features allow on the move learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor-having to click 'start' after selecting the course is 1 extra step I find not always needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enablement, enablement, enablement! keeps me up to date on the skills required in my role.

MindTickle has made the enablement for my role in Sales very easy, fast, and beneficial-all that contributes to my bottom line.

The Training which is provided by Role, by function and by segment

Ideally, The Training is Online which is good but a more interactive live session can be more better

Major Problems that I could solve are, understanding the customer, their business, planning to connect with customers with data

Dedicate your time to go through the courses offered completely and do not take short cuts by skipping parts of the sessions

i really enjoy the amount of resources that are included and helps obtain answers and comfortability within a subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
Length of videos at times can be long. Another thing would be the questions on the review sometimes are not relevant to what was covered are is not easily identifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems i am solving with this product is answers that an engineer or technical resource would have and this lets me answer the question without having to answer a question.
Extremely Easy to Use Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is very intuitive. No need to review a help guide. Users can jump right in and start the next course assigned to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you take the quizzes at the end of a course, it would be valuable to have an undo option or a confirmation on your answer if the user accidentally selects the incorrect choice. Especially for the answers that require you to select letters to complete a word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the team to self manage their learning without needing additional support.

Its very easy to use when I use it. I don't have any problems navigating the pages at all or understanding where I need to go next. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to login multiple times sometimes which is annoying, but makes it less annoying since its SSO.

Being able to view and take trainings that are necessary. It's beneficial to have them all in one place.

If you want everything in once place, and want it to work when you use it, then mind tickle is the one for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The structure and the easiness, very simple but efficient tool. I like also the engagement inside the training and learning tools, great also the idea to earn a certificate and to print it and save it for future reference. Great! You can record audio and video and submit only when you are sure is the right one, you can decide to remove the recorded ones or leave it there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is to put in default only the incomplete training, I think it's better to leave only the incomplete training and learning course and then have the possibility to change it as you prefer. Not sure but I think that would be good to have an automatic save of the work you have done and to know where you left last time to avoid to go back again and again. This are just things that in my opinion can help to improve my experience and also for other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For sure, in my case, to be a novel in the industry it is a great source of learning, the benefits are great improvement in my role, more confidence in what I am doing thanks also to Mindtickle. The fact also that you earn points while you are attending, "force you" to complete the course in a very good engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would certainly recommend this tool as it's helping me a-lot in my job and career progression. If you want learn and be trained, especially during this new way of work, this is probably the best way to learn and do course online. I have been hired during lockdown, so thanks to Mindtickle I have reached a very good level of knowledge and it's no finished yet, so super recommended tool!

I dislike the history log of how the mindtickle is set up. It should show all the answers you already did.
