i like the look and field. it is a very powerful tool that enable Professionals to access knowledge easily

nothing the tool is great. i would like to have notification when my mandatory training are not not done for a while

What do you like best about the product?
I find MindTickle's format and ease of use incredibly compelling. It's made continued education for me and my colleagues very accessible and empowers me to stay current with new internal processes and best practices. I like that learning can be segmented into courses that can be completed in 30 min or less in many instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the functionality submitting responses for multiple response questions a tad frustrating. I inadvertently selected the wrong answer but hadn't clicked "next" yet and I was dinged with a wrong answer. I feel like your answer should only be truly marked wrong if you click "next" without fixing it since it's easy enough to click wrong answer too quickly or accidentally before fully understanding question. In the scheme of things not the biggest deal just a feature function that could be slightly improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ongoing education for me and our team on new processes, enhancing sales and retention techniques, staying current on changing operating procedures within our company.

Great tool that will bridge the knowledge gaps you need to close for your team to stay current with business and sales operations.

What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy facility to record my work via mobile or desktop. It also comes with an AI to automatically rate the presentation. It can also package multi-media courseware whose content can have a periodic check of content or knowledge awareness of learner. I also like that it has a resume facility built in the courseware where you can pause and continue learning from a long running courseware.

It's also a repository of previous work. So I can monitor my progress as I get to work on more projects and my ratings. It is also a single place that hosted our corporate courseware, our enablement projects, and our ratings from managers.

The ability to upload our content is also easy. It allows for drafts to be recorded and later get finalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is nice but is not intelligent enough. A lot of ways to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily enablement of sales people. The courseware right now in MindTickle tackles customer interactions and dialogues. It also covers industry-specific material that I can always go back to. It also has important product and technology subjects that are delivered at various levels. The mix of customer interactions and product and tech materials coupled with industry-specific material help sales folks acquire the needed foundation to be customer conversant. Best of all, it is available via mobile device access. Sales folks are always on the go, and having it available via mobile helps a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you require the following

1. Central repository for enablement multi-media materials or content
2. Mobile access for the content
3. Content with monitoring capabilities - checks, quizzes, AI-based assessment, pause-continue
4. Manager and staff access

You will find MindTickle as a platform for this.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the challenge of the training.

It is always hard to find the time to complete training but this training was enjoyable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This training allow me to work through different scenarios that I dont always deal with on a daily basis.
