Great training tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how comprehensive the trainings can be. It's great for our company to share mass updates

I really can't think of anything I don't like about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is constantly evolving so being able to train everyone quickly has been really helpful.

It's a great training tool that allows you to inform your entire company of any updates or additions.
Great UX and interactive flow
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive and intuitive flow, with media support, videos, PDF and others also the evaluation process of videos submitted is great, never thought something like this could be scaled. It is useful for product owners and sales excellence teams to make sure there is consistency on sales training efforts. Company has been using this tool for the last 12-15 months and the level of empowerment on sales teams to present and talk about products improved substantially. We are now able to launch new services, products and solutions faster and with a standard methodology, which makes it easier and more successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little more clear what is concluded and what is still pending. The platform could also offer the option to check other videos submissions before recording mine so I can have a better understanding of how to strive in this part of the process. Our sales teams are competitive and so would appreciate more data and comparison across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force training, pitch training and product knowledge development from a Global perspective and with a minimum curriculum. Product launch and consistency across teams, regions and markets. This platforms brings a scalable way to standardize our pitch model and also to empower salesforce to host the initial conversations with our customers, inviting SME later on the sales funnel. The structure with insights, landscape, setting the stage and then talking about the product is extremely aligned with our goal to be seem as thought leaders and experts on financial services.

Strongly recommend to global companies and big sales teams.
A great tool for learning and sharing information with some fun added in!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that MindTickle allows you to not only share valuable information in a constructive way, it also allows for a bit of fun and competition with others in your organization as you gain points when different lessons have been completed. I enjoy being able to see how I "measure" up to others in our organization in addition to the information sharing aspect of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I haven't found anything I dislike about the product yet, I'm sure MindTickle would be very receptive to any suggestions I may have if I find something that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are attempting to prevent information silos and bottlenecks by using MindTickle to share valuable company information and training. Having a standardized training program like MindTickle also helps to guarantee everyone has access to important information they need for their roles and for company-wide training programs alike (such as anti-harassment training) to be sure everyone is on the same page and can learn and grow together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely consider using MindTickle for your company training as it's very easy to use and a great way to disseminate information among your employees! I highly recommend it!

MindTickle has been a huge asset to our company with its ease of use, ability to assist with training programs for multiple departments, as well as, great customer service to assist with our questions, concerns and usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. At this time I have been very satisfied with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ongoing/virtual training with different audiences, including full time and part-time team members. This tool has allowed us better insight on how our team is doing and is helping identify gaps for additional training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research with looking at all LMS tools. We had to review multiple and between the tools, services and price this was the best decision. We have built such a great partnership with our rep who has continued to communicate with us on how we are doing and other ways to implement this tools in different areas of our company.

I like the chance to stop the learning and resume where i stopped. I'd also like the quiz part after every module.

There's nothing i dislike. The experience is great.

not super easy to find courses. recently, my team was searching for a course and could not find it. luckily someone had a direct link to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leveraging mindtickle as a learning platform. Ease of use to complete a course is always important.
Easy to use and a fun application!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of the assessments/activities. Typically you would find the combination of "power point reads and an assessment". At mindtickle, you can record your training, you can role play, so it is really dynamic and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think about right now. Using several ELD tools in the past 10 years, Mindtickle is the one I like most.

I can keep up to date my assessments, and I like to see how I compare to peers - this visibility kind of makes you want to do more on the platform

Sometimes searching is not as easy as the course.

Easy topics than we can solve in minutes. We do the course and we can gather to share opinions.
My very effective Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how easy the platform is. We can search through the courses very smoothly and we have some courses assigned to us so that we make sure not to miss them. I kind of like the fact that you have a score as well depending on how good you are at answering questions between each courses. It makes you want to succeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit I got from MindTickle is that it allowed me to get onboard very quickly. We had a full two months onboarding on MindTickle following courses, answering questions, looking at videos and after that I was able to work with customers straight away with the good knowledges.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want something very simple to use, very effective and with the ability to organize the courses by subjects, share assets, and onboard quickly your employees then I would recommend you to consider MintTickle!
Makes training feel easy and interactive!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the videos and how it has steps in the training to track your progress. Also, the questions are a great touch because it helps ensure you are understanding the content correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I do not like. This program is a huge improvement compared to what we were using before.

It has helped me understand specific products and programs better. Also, I really like how it asks you questions in the training to ensure you are understanding the content correctly.
