What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option for direct remote , I should share the code to the user .

Remote tools and RIDUS server for now
Looking for a multiplatform solution
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main reasons that we have to use JumpCloud is the support of other operative systems like Linux and MacOS. We are a remote base company using mostly Linux and some kind of security and management for Linux was essential to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the learning curve, but you need to adjust and learn like any other product. Also, some integrations with third-party services seem to be in development, but you can support all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote administration and policy compliance of Linux devices. We wanted a specific Linux designed solution, not Active Directory.

Very good solution for access management and MDM, for distributed endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
it's client-server based functionality really helps managing endpoints in different places and even countries. The product's documentation is very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the MDM features for OS's other than Windows are currently very premature. while the MDM capabilities are very robust, in MacOS and Linux it is very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have active directory in our company, and we also use many different SaaS platforms for our business.
Jumpcloud is able to provide answers to both our problems, in one single product.

Testing to unify IT processes
What do you like best about the product?
The easy use of the graphic interface to connect and unify different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow, trying to configure integration with AD failed while sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a solution to unify user management and simplified our work as an IT team.
JumpCloud - overall positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is a great solution for those smaller to mid-size businesses that have a smaller budget and team within IT. The entire team (pre-sales, customer success , support) have been responsive, profession and completely honest about what capabilities they have or don't have. They listen to our feedback and do what is needed to solve our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud can be somewhat immature with respect to functionality that is available compared to some of their larger competitors. Other than just improvements or enhancements to the platform, it's a good value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is solving our remote access and possibly our mdm requirements as we are looking into into this currently.
Identity, Access & Device Management: Does it all and does it well!
What do you like best about the product?
It's comprehensive and intuitive. It meets a lot of cybersecurity needs in a centralized platform. While it's not easy to design a portal to seamlessly address the various types of system administration activities that need to occur regularly, it's done well with similar paths to perform different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complex and disjointed at the fringe services. It would be better to break these off into their own sections to leave the main console as simple and uncluttered as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use a different solution that seems to be working fine for our purposes. We do consult with our clients, so it's good for me to know this is available to recommend for their purposes.
Great Authentication tool
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud provided a flexible authentication solution for a new application we were implementing. We were able to use this solution as a means of connecting and authenticating external users to our application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to bulk load users would have been handy, I didnt see that feature. There were some features that were limited to Admins with Billing and for us the technical person and the person responsible for the finance aspect were different. We had to give that role more broadly than we would have liked and now those people get the invoice emails. Not awful, but could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have an internal solution to enable external customers to authenticate and use our application. This enabled that ability.
Built on a solid foundation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate JumpCloud's transparency and reliability. Users can quickly become adept in its use due to its straightforward setup and user management processes. With every new feature launch, they commit to improving the system's dependability, making them stand out from its competitors. Jumpcloud provides detailed tutorials for learning how to use various features or getting started right away, and their customer service team is persistently responsive when you need additional assistance, which is helpful if you're a new Jumpcloud user.
What do you dislike about the product?
When attempting to launch JumpCloud, I encountered several issues. The configuration and settings, to my mind, are complicated, rendering implementation more difficult than needed. Besides, the platform's user reporting characteristics could use some revamping. A workflow automation system is not always reliable because errands are not always completed punctually or shifted between departments efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps us manage our PCs more efficiently by providing device management, policy management and group creation capabilities that replace the need for Active Directory.
