Highly effective and very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the most impressive aspects of JumpCloud is its security features. It uses strong encryption to protect user data and employs multi-factor authentication to ensure that only authorized users can access sensitive resources. It also provides granular access controls, allowing IT teams to grant specific privileges to individual users or groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Concern about getting into a vendor lock-in situation .Cost is also an issue especially for larger companies. Setup is not intuitive as some of the other competitor products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud provides a single source of truth for user identities and access privileges, regardless of the platform or vendor. JumpCloud offers strong encryption, multi-factor authentication, and granular access controls to help mitigate our risks.Mainly it helped us streamline their IAM processes, reduce security risks, and improve overall IT efficiency

What do you dislike about the product?
Still too new and developing, and implemented a kill switch which erased the entire data in my laptop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and easy setup for RADIUS service
A perfect platform for user and software management
What do you like best about the product?
I have a small IT company and use the Jumpcloud service mainly for user administration and cloud management of my IT infrastructure. Thanks to the effortless software distribution and the automated update service, I can use my human resources more effectively. A special highlight for me is the linking of LDAP and Cloudflare. This allows me to manage all access rights to my services via one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud offers an infinite number of interfaces to cloud services. Everything is very well documented with examples. What I miss is the management of Android devices. It has been announced for a long time, maybe it will still be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With one platform I can easily and securely manage all the services I use.
A simple, yet versatile and powerful user management platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It has all of what i need! Sso with scim, ad and ldap, evem mdm and radius!

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing offers for small teams could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO - I can use a single login page for my favorite cloud services.
Easy inexpensive option for asset tracking and MDM
What do you like best about the product?
Tech support is stellar, ask a question and within the hour I have had support walk me through the steps, even when it was a case of me not RTFM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Apple MDM isn't as flawless as I hoped, however, TBF I think it has to do with Apple's end, as once I import a device from ABM, I lose the ability to find it or set users through ABM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With locations on both coasts and roaming users all over the world, it's a 2 step process to assign the person a login and password on any computer they happen to be at wherever in the world.
Excellent method is using ldap without the need of an on-prem server
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to use this for testing and demonstrations of software integrations to LDAP servers without the need of building a Windows AD server
What do you dislike about the product?
Was a little difficult to figure out how to get a basic LDAP connector to read the directory properly, setting are not obvious
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As other services become cloud based, was looking for a solution that provides cloud user management that gave me an old-school AD feel without needing to get into the azure space
Great solution for mac or mixed mac/Windows environments to replace Active Directory
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and onboarding devices and users. Good security and policy management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not any really that I've found yet. It does what we need it to do in a mixed mac/Windows environment and eliminated the need for a Windows Domain server and Active Directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Poor Active Directory integration for macs as well as eliminating the need for Active Directory altogether.
Great tool for managing Macs
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud allows me to see all devices in one plane of glass. I am able to gather all nessary information about the device, being able to control and deploy applications with ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be an intergration with SSO with Microsoft as well as being to use other MFA rather than Jumpcloud. Just so we do not have to have multiple MFA solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is helping us manage Macbooks, deply policies and allowing us to have visabliity into linux boxes as well. This allows us to see through all 3 types of major operating systems which is really nice to have.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Wha I like most about JumpCloud is the ease of setting it up and using the platform for managing users and groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much flexibility of AD attributes when using the LDAP service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of Identity management
Perfect Daas for Secured and controlled IT Devices
What do you like best about the product?
One of its most unique features is its ability to provide a single sign-on (SSO) experience across a wide range of applications and platforms. Which is the one I liked the most
With JumpCloud, i can log in to the devices and applications using the credentials, eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords. So this feature is made possible through its integration with a variety of protocols and standards such as SAML, LDAP, RADIUS, and OAuth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing is based on a per-user per-month model, which can be more expensive than other identity and access management solutions that offer a flat fee for a set number of users or devices. Additionally, some users may find its user interface to be less intuitive than other identity and access management solutions, although this is subjective and can vary depending on individual preferences and familiarity with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mainly helping me in business improve security, increase productivity, and streamline IT operations by providing a comprehensive identity and access management platform that is easy to use and scalable.
