Not perfect - But good
What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing that I like the most is that the service generally works the way that it's designed and it's fairly easy to navigate thru the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hit or miss when it comes to managing macs. We only have a few in our environment and they are always the machines having issues. I'm also not crazy about how they keep adding features, when I wish that they would expand on some that they already have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mainly for the active directory account function as we do not have an ad server. This is fairly simple to keep up and we don't have to maintain a server.

What do you like best about the product?
GUI is user friendly. Options are easily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are testing for our environment. We need to test what is not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advanced MDM
The "Jump" from Microsoft
What do you like best about the product?
We are a school district that was tired of being controlled by Microsoft updates. We switch over to JumpCloud and haven't looked back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't enjoyed the paid support for our initial setup. Instead of live help, was given articles to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer run Microsft domain controllers on our network and don't have to worry about what update is going to crash our system.
Nice app to keep me safe and secure
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very easy to use and all our staff at Synergy love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can lock people out of their account but we are trying to figure out if that might be a user error.

Jumpcloud is helping keep our gmail logins secure! WOAH!!!
Love the one stop shop service to manage accesses
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to manage the IT access in one place and served very well during year end audit

Nothing I can think of now. It meets our startup needs and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very attractive as well as easy for beginners, navigation to the different menus is also easy, cheaper than other products, and easy to integrate with other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have the option to integrate with AWS Single sign-on for flexibility, Also user creation with rights option need to be improved, and there should be predefined groups for the user that will help beginners to start with it, they should have multiple location for better performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have multiple applications in the organization, jump cloud is providing us with user authentication tokens and federated identities for login to different accounts. jump cloud is cheaper than other products. We have multiple locations in multiple regions.
Small and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is incredibly user-friendly. Anyone with MDM experience will be able to pick it up and run with it. Configuration is simple, as is management. The key here is simple, simple, simple. If you're wanting something incredibly robust that can do anything you want, Jumpcloud is probably not for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so simple there may be things you cannot do. One point that we've had trouble with initially is deploying apps to Windows devices. You need to have a public repository to host the install files. JumpCloud doesn't have anything for this unless it's in their Chocolate repo. Mac is super easy especially if the app is in the app store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have an MDM yet we had a globally diverse workforce. We were able to get JumpCloud pushed out to all of our devices and make sure that we were able to get our security policies pushed. We are now able to use JumpCloud to push more software that we need our users to have as the company continues to grow.

I like all that Jumpcloud provide the integrated approach to solve the IAM, Device Management and DaaS issues
What do you dislike about the product?
I have concern where Jumpcloud has some of the feature like Multi-tenant organisation is lacking. Competitors like Okta has already implemented it

We are solving the problem of SSO and IAM using Jumpcloud.
