Good service
What do you like best about the product?
I like mostly the Windows user management and Jumpcloud commands. Jumpcloud commands have helped us in removing any configuration management tool. It works in the same way as we wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users who are not admin in the portal cannot see the servers they have access to. This creates an issue because each user comes to us asking the IPs of the server they have access to. For me, the user portal is just for password management and we can't do anything else with that.
Secondly, if I want to remove a specific user from a server, it prompts that removing this user from the server will also remove it from the group this user belongs to. I think I should be able to adhoc remove a user from a server without modifying any group.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly it is resolving issues with user management and grouping in the server and removing the need for a configuration management tool to be managed by our team.
