What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the sync times might take a little while, wich is ok, but if there was a way to be on track with how long it takes it will be awesome ! overall it is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps with managing a company that uses both windows devices and also macbook devices while giving you many options and also great if you wanna app your security levels .

What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really dislike too much about JumpCloud it really is a good product and makes secure log ins very easy and good. maybe add a free plan for private people and not just companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very difficult to remember all the log in info for all of the online services and this gives you one place to manage all. the online portal is super usefel and easy.
it's good for work from anywhere infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
I liked this product because I don't need to maintain an AD Server locally.
What do you dislike about the product?
the audit reports are very less, they should come up more .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have control over remote devices.
Good Users and App management with easy GUI
What do you like best about the product?
Good interface, easy intgration with 3rd parties and directories
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation on MACOS can be sometimes not fluent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration between onprem directories , cloud directories and cloud apps , especially when ending user event happens - the closing on other systems is easy
It is a powerful all-in-one tool.
What do you like best about the product?
We like the SCIM and Apple Zero touch deployment feature which could decrease our burden in managing device and user access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly there is no way for Windows to have Zero-touch deployment for the MDM without Azure AD, while we are implementing JumpCloud at the very first because we don't want to have Azure AD.
Secondly, there is an issue when typically forget their password and stuck on the login page (where it does not have internet). This becomes a problem as we need to help users remotely by login into another account and making JumpCloud synchronize.
Lastly, during the offboarding, sometimes we need to delete a user account and their files, but JumpCloud currently only allows us to do suspension (disabling account). Thus, we still need to manually delete that resignee account from the computer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need of configuring our laptops manually, the burden of setting up user accounts across different platforms manually and it helps us to onboard the laptop for new hires quickly.
Easy to understand and setup
What do you like best about the product?
So recently I need to setup a sso for a project and i learned about keycloak and then jumpcloud. Jump cloud was so easy to use that i didn't even had to read the docs or watch any videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what my usecase was i didn't face much problems. But one downside of jumpcloud is that it doesn't have as much features as okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building a b2b application so it is helping us integrate with all the business that are already using jumpcloud and so we don't need to store the passwords and any other authentication details of users.
Really great tool for a small business to get a bunch of big business tools
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud helps our small business do a lot of things that I would need an IT team to do. It allows me to manage all of our Windows and Mac computers easily and efficiently. I love the fact that I can see the status of all of the computers on 1 screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fairly common usecases are still manual to setup, I wish things like mapping drives, or setting up printers on common operating systems wouldn't require shell scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of managing multiple computers for remote users as well as making sure that the software is up to date. As a new business, we didn't have the budget to hire an IT person full time and JumpCloud has helped to make that possible.
I'm no IT genius...but JumpCloud makes me look like one!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up - and understand. I had it working within a few minutes of signing up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - really does everything I need - and probably more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easier way for connecting my remote partners and teams.
Easy to set up and use cloud AD solution
What do you like best about the product?
As an SSO beginner, it was extremely intuitive for setting up a test environment to see whether or not the product was worth deploying companywide. I thought the pricing was fair and the out of the box integrations covered almost everything we needed. It synced immediately to our already established Azure AD environment and from there it was off to the races. Even though we ultimately did not end deploying it, the experience was worthwhile. If the accounting department didn't get in the way, we would probably be using jumpcloud right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike from the higherups was the cost for our small-medium size company. The benefits (to them) did not outweigh the costs so we, unfortunately, had to pass on using it. At this point, we are firmly established with an alternate solution but in the short time I did get to test out jumpcloud it was great to use. Maybe scaling up the amount of free users to 20 would be helpful but as is I also think is fair. Not too many negative things to say in the short time I was testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The large benefit for me was the SSO integration that was much easier to set up than using Azures built in SSO solution. As mentioned before, if it were up to me this is the solution we would have gone with.
