Great project
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for managing users and syncing there data across multiple platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool sometimes requires you to use incognito mode to stop the pages cookies and autofill JS from grabbing the wrong data when adminintrating some users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From within the devops team we used it to help manage single sign on from all our cloud environments
Great Directory as a Service
What do you like best about the product?
It's the perfect substitution for on-premises AD for us. We use it as a single source of authority for PC/Mac logins, RADIUS for Wi-Fi, inventory etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing is a bit hard to grasp, but once you get the hold of it it runs fluently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving authentication and authorization services to the cloud.
Jump cloud has all the platforms in one software like MAC , Windows , Linux to control the devices
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I find most appealing is its ability to unify various devices under a single software, making device management and control effortless and productive. Integrating Android devices would be an added benefit, making it more practical to manage devices across a single platform within an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jump Cloud has few drawbacks, and one of them is the initial difficulty in setting up devices, especially when dealing with a large number of devices such as 5000. However, Jump Cloud does provide support to help overcome this challenge whenever needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We efficiently and effectively manage our devices from the Jump Cloud. Now we can push apps, control our devices and manage inventory easily.

What do you like best about the product?
A feature rich platform that just works as plug-n-play mode
What do you dislike about the product?
AWS compatibility is cumbersome and third party patch management needs to be introduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A cloud IDM that just works and performs modern device management with ease. A easy to use GUI console with plenty of help articles to suceed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better compatibility with BYOD devices, Apple ID integration, Windows Hello for Business, etc.
I like the centralize directoryof my users in jumpcloud. Jumpcloud is providing great service

Directory as a service which provides me centralize directory for my users and my single sign on.

Clean UI, ease of use and always looking forward to new feature additions.

Devices inactive for a long period reconnecting as a new duplicate instance losing all the bindings.

With JC , we have removed AD dependencies and easily integrated all together
Great AD services with multiple functions. Easily able to push softwares and system updates.

Being able to control user permissions and having full oversight of their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to install and push custom softwares through jumpcloud as well as mdm enrollment might be an issue.

General AD to maintain company devices. We can do it through a cloud service that solves some issues such as international device setup.

The interface is full friendly, easy and functional, all resources relations is amazing, in my case use app for test about SSO with my platform and google cloud, is really faster configuration y free plan is good period for clear dobouts.

So far I had no problems with the platform, all good.

Without a doubt, it is a great product.
JumpCloud is an excellent product for environments not currently managed centrally.
What do you like best about the product?
The robust capabilities especially within the MDM world as well as centrally controlling identities utilizing SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't make as much sense to utilize this product if your environment is already domain controlled or utilizing something like Azure AD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDM across Linux, MacOS and Windows is something that is difficult to find elsewhere.
