How JumpCloud help us to secure our organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best about JumpCloud the way it allows us to interact with the devices and manage our onboarding and offboarding process. It allows us to deliver the devices keeping all the data in them safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that i dislike about JumpCloud is that it doesn't have a way to autocreate an admin user on Mac/Windows/Linux to have the ownership of the device. We had to create some workarounds, but for example, for Mac it doesn't work and it's a mess to wipe the device on an offboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before, it is solving us the interaction with users and keeping the devices safe on our onboardings and offboardings. Moreover, it allows us to keep our devices up to date on security patches

What do you like best about the product?
The number of features, how simple the console is, and the way to manage the devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing method charges me for users who may not have devices assigned, such as in the case of generic or service accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees are in different places around the world. It allows me to have control of the devices without major complications.

The experience has been smooth and reliable. The directory integration, device management, and user provisioning features are intuitive and well-designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small dislike is that the UI can sometimes feel a bit sluggish, especially when navigating large lists of users or devices. A more responsive interface would improve the overall experience.

JumpCloud is solving the challenge of centralized identity and device management across multiple platforms. It allows us to manage user access, enforce security policies, and control Mac and Windows devices from a single platform. This saves time, reduces manual tasks, and improves our overall security posture—especially as our team grows across locations.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has revolutionized our IT operations by replacing a fragmented setup of Microsoft Active Directory and manual processes with a unified, cloud-based directory platform on a daily basis. Its intuitive interface simplifies managing user identities, devices, and access across Windows, macOS, and Linux from a single console. The seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID stands out, enabling effortless user account synchronization, policy enforcement, and streamlined Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). These features have enhanced security, reduced password-related issues, and saved our team significant time compared to previous workflows. JumpCloud’s scalability, robust device management, and responsive customer support make it ideal for our growing organization. Setup was smooth, with knowledgeable support addressing queries promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While JumpCloud is feature-rich, the pricing can feel steep for smaller organizations as we scale and add advanced features. However, these are minor drawbacks, and JumpCloud’s team seems proactive about addressing feedback and rolling out updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud addresses critical IT challenges through its Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Security Compliance, Password Policy Enforcement, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. Previously, our team struggled with managing disparate devices and user identities across Windows, macOS, and Linux using Microsoft Active Directory and manual processes, leading to inefficiencies and security gaps. JumpCloud’s UEM consolidates device management into a single platform, allowing us to enforce consistent policies, monitor compliance, and deploy updates effortlessly, saving hours of administrative work weekly. Its Security Compliance features, integrated with Microsoft Entra ID, ensure adherence to industry standards by automating audits and enforcing robust access controls, reducing our risk of breaches. Password Policy Enforcement has eliminated weak passwords and simplified user authentication with SSO and MFA. The IAM functionality streamlines user provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring secure and timely access for employees while integrating seamlessly with Entra ID for synchronized identity management. These solutions have boosted our team’s productivity, strengthened our security posture, and enabled scalable IT management as our organization grows.

The GUI, features and multiple out of the box solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited policies as compared to an AD server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have replaced all our AD server with Jumpcloud and it’s preety convenient for us to manage the Users and policies across the multiple sites. We have also implemented MDM for Android and iOS devices and it is serving the purpose. Altogether great product to which accommodates multiple requirements. Additionally password policies and all other security polices which we use to apply from traditional AD server which is now taken care by Jumpcloud.

JumpCloud solves the problem of managing user identities, device security, and access control across diverse environments. It benefits us by centralizing IT operations, improving security, enabling remote work, and reducing the need for multiple tools.
Awesome MDM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to do the Auto Patching for any of the Device remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the Panel works slow with functionality.

To make the changes on Bulk in the best solution for us.

Exchange option is not available as like Microsoft

Mostly it supports the features what are available in Microsoft Azure, it has MDM, IAM,SSO,IDP,DLP,PAM

Too many features, may be trying to hard to pack them in.
