JumpCloud is an intuitive tool and I recommend using it for your organization.
What do you like best about the product?
The "command" feature. Which gives me the ability to send PS scripts for installation, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that they should have more flexibility with the registry management UX. It's OK but inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Installations, Chocolatey packages management, Policies management, SSH key management, and more.

Centralized control over all company's devices. It made my job easy and fast.

What do you like best about the product?
SAML 2.0, Compliance and it audit easy of use with json format files easy to read and easy to develop. Directory as a service all centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is like an improvement, need More diagrams to see data in different ways.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, Is userfriendly and full of Management tools to accomplish Compliance daily basis.
Very enjoyable experience! The only down side so far is that you can't use groups in groups.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use, simplicity, pricing & good support from you guys !
What do you dislike about the product?
No groups in groups. This is to me a basic feature which you guys should implement as it involves more management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to run a complex LDAP service or stick with Azure AD! It is awesome that we can use it for app & network auth!

Give it a try! It'll most likely save you a lot of time!

I really like the product, wish it were a little less expensive of course

Having an easy way of transitioning to the cloud, without having to do it all at once.

This is an easy less expensive alternative for cloud entry and transition.

Supports all operating systems, is flexible with it helps a lot in the home office.

So far I don't have anything that I don't like, as it is serving us well, in this case the price would be a little high.

AD for all OS, Linux / MacOS / Windows.

What do you like best about the product?
If I had to make a list of companies you look forward to having issues with, I would've named 0, but since starting here and working with Jumpcloud, they take rank one hands down. They're the most in touch and quick to answer a call for help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, they are incredibly helpful in teaching you and assisting with all issues regarding Jumpcloud. It's just incredible how insightful they are!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An efficient and admin-friendly way to manage assets and secure the company!

Do it and don't be afraid to ask implementation is a breeze when support is willing to go above and beyond regardless of your organization size.

Easy to deploy, The agent works lightly and does not overload the computer

That I have no control over the policy at the same level as an active directory, kind of registry change

We had users' issues regarding changing passwords when working from home, changing the password through the system solved the problem

We looked for a central and simple single sign-on solution, with a good user interface and integration. After multiple reviews, we selected JumpCloud over other options. JumpCloud offers a Software-as-a-Service solution that automates the management of server management tasks, such as users, patches, configuration, security, and compliance. Its solution allows users to provide user accounts and permissions to the right servers; tracks packages, dependencies, and packages that are in use, as well as breaks down which patches are critical and secure; and provides the reporting of access, activity, attacks, and configurations
What do you dislike about the product?
Change back and forth between user and admin mode.

It is the most low-cost yet functional SSO product that I've ever used. It changed my life .

It is the most low-cost yet functional SSO product that I've ever used. It changed my life .
What do you dislike about the product?
It is less integrated compared to Azure or G-suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to implement SSO on a combined Microsoft O365 and Google environment. The benefits were that implementing SSO without being tied to either environment.
