A basic tool in network management

  • August 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
After working with a variety of tools, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to back up office devices with JumpCloud. The service has been instrumental when adding users, especially on shared machines when we onboard new faculty. Office Wifi configurations and managing policies have never been this straightforward. Moreover, integrating various devices and ensuring they bind to specific policies is rather simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud could improve its VPP deployment functionality, specially for Macs. The system's coming to tradition package deployments and automatic updating of Mac apps has room for betterment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has dramatically simplified user management and the provisioning of office resources. This has been a very tremendous benefit by cutting downward time spent on administrative tasks. It also makes managing the power Wifi a much more flowing process.
