The SSO implementations were the shining star of our implementations, the documentation provided as well as the JumpCloud community presence made this process smooth.

Nothing about the product was a hinder, however, due to our current implementation of Jamf, there was a lot of overlap within the MDM space. Finding documentation and tutorials on this subject was a bit lacking at the time.

We needed our users to be behind MFA for all access within the company, JumpCloud made this easy with SSO integrations as well as MFA requirements and implementations.
