JumpCloud Endpoint Tool
What do you like best about the product?
1. Lightweight tool to handle Remote location machines in smooth way. 2.This tool has similar features like domain activities so we achieved most of the security policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Features like powershell and command prompt activites taking long time to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of Endpoints which are are connected with our company domain. Using this jumpcloud tool we have installed on all endpoints with help of user and managing like domain machines and implemented all the standard security policies. so we feel like this tool is very benefit to remote assets handling.

Mainly device managemnt and comliance with the security standards such as ISO 27001and SOC 2

I believe once JumpCloud figures out how to completely migrate from AD, it would be a game changer

Moving from one app to another in a different platform, having the ability to have SSO and one domain to log in to all helps alot

What do you like best about the product?
This solution greatly simplifies Active Directory management, especially for SMBs where in-depth IT expertise may be limited. Its ease of implementation and integration makes it a compelling alternative to traditional Active Directory, even for larger enterprises seeking high availability.
Furthermore, its expanding range of integrations and rich feature set provide enhanced functionality. Automated capabilities streamline IT tasks, freeing up valuable time and resources by reducing manual effort.

What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding on policy that being implemented. Once you would like to have a change, the policy does not change. This is something that currently we have troubled with. It does not remove the older policy. We had to reformat our devices and start from fresh. This could be done better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For mobile device management,it is much ease to standardized the policy, from Mac, Linux, Windows, Android and iOS. It is great. With SSO implemented. this is much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The ability to complete federated authentication with Jumpcloud streamlines secure access across our applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box it can take a little bit of configuration to integrate but is smooth sailing after the fact,

Secure access over multiple applications. Being able to utilise one login for MFA is a huge advantage.
Dynamic cloud infrastructure that was very easy to pick up and begin supporting within days!
What do you like best about the product?
Policy Management! JumpCloud have a robust library of options for environment control, be it pre-created policies for restricting USB removeable storage or building out your own it's felt very intuative and allows me to succeed with ease everyday! It was also impressive to find MacOS support to integrating our fleet of devices and implementing related policies across the board. We use JumpCloud daily in our everyday operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if JumpCloud could build upon their MDM solution to incorporate a potential imaging/device reclaim solution. But aside from 'would be nice' I don't currently have any dislikes about JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for our business to run essentially entirely in the cloud. User profile assignment and group/machine policies tied in allow for easy enrollments/offboardings. Ability to build custom powershell scripts into JumpCloud commands to then assign to Groups/Devices/Users is extremely beneficial to our uses!
Powerful identity and device management
What do you like best about the product?
I resolved all of the company's identity issues, centralizing management in Jumpcloud. Additionally, I manage devices, encryption, remote installations. It also facilitates remote service for employees who works from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm really satisfied using Jumpcloud. I don't have anything that leaves me dissatisfied yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We centralize the identity of all remote employees. We have the ability to manage any corporate provision, such as policies, encryption and remote installations.
