The ease of use and implementation. Very convenient application

The 2FA portion can be a little difficult for resets for the users.

A lot of clients we have do not use a server so they do not have a traditional Active Directory. The nice thing is that it works with Windows and Macs in conjunction and you can setup MDM for both OSs

    Financial Services

Centralized solution with various resources, easy integration, and maturity in security

  • August 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The solution integrates with a wide variety of third-party services, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, and others, expanding its functionalities.

It features centralized management on a single platform, simplifying the process and reducing complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Third-party solutions could be compatible with JumpCloud. I see many tools ready to integrate with Okta, but they do not integrate natively with JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The JumpCloud solution has benefited us in several aspects:

Today, we are able to manage users across different systems, both Windows and MacOS, simplifying processes and reducing operational errors. We have reduced the rate of issues reported by users and gained agility in software delivery and security.

Our users access multiple applications with just one credential using SSO, and we have also installed the JumpCloud Go extension, which has greatly helped us save time during login.

We have started to control and configure mobile devices, laptops, and desktops in a centralized and auditable manner.

Additionally, we have been able to implement security policies to protect corporate data on devices through JumpCloud policies and customized reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The policy assignment tool. This allows to create policy groups, which are extremely convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of the menus maybe ? But I would have a hard time imagining better, I suppose having that many options makes it necessary to have a complex console
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring safety rules and prove their applicaiton to audits
