What do you like best about the product?
The product team is very co-operative and any assistance required on existing product is dealt with utmost priority. It has unique offering and can integrate with existing Infra easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas of improvement like device management for apple devices. The dashboard is not very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem it is solving is as below:-
1. It is helping me to provision access for emails from managed device using MDM.
2. It is also helping me to provide access to internal applications by integrating with my ZTNA solution thus empowering users to access from mobile device.
3. It is acting as SSO for me which has solved me to remember different password for different applications.

Being able to track and manage users and devices in the same page with just a couple clicks is huge!

I have had no difficulties with Jumpcloud so far and their support team is top tier when misunderstandings arise!

Jumpcloud allows us, a small company to affordably use tools that otherwise wouldn't be available in other management software. When I new tool is introduced to their software library they strive to refine the tool until it is enterprise grade level efficient.
Best app to manage the company employee's devices and tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like about this app is that it is very easy to set up and its create automatically new profile on the employee's laptop and makes it easy to erase the data and when employees leave the company, also it helps in the security of the company data and tools by monitoring the new installed app on the computer system,
it also supports multiple OS like windows, Mac And Linux, which his very useful.

Nothing all features are good, till now no issue

This tool helps our company to handle all the company's multiple devices and their installed app and data, also this provides security for the device from unauthorized access of data.
