Amazing experience to work with Jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
We managed users and devices, and applied a password policy to secure our device.
What do you dislike about the product?
No. Nothing is disliked about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we facing issue with run a script on devices using jumpcloud command section run a script on multiple devices. And create a users and device group. So we can manage easily.

Sometimes, I didn't receive adequate support from the JumpCloud team.

It is really good and we have only both IOS and windows machines and we managed both very well
Impressive Platform for IT Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using SSO with a single password for all the applications that I use, and, from a security perspective, the use of an authenticator to validate the login is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, as I started using this in very recent times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is enabling me to not keep track of multiple passwords by providing SSO for multiple applications that I use on a daily basis. I can easily log in at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
we can easily create an account. We can activate the account's scheduled time as mentioned and deactivate the time as well. We can give the application access by SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
From our organization, we can remove any user from the group in Jumplcoud, the account is suspended

We will send an activation email at the scheduled time. Setting up a user login will be easy.
JumpCloud: Best Versatile Cloud Based Directory Platform for IT management
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is a versatile cloud-based directory platform and one of the most useful tools for IT management that allows us to manage users identities, devices and access to applications via user groups and device groups.
I also like about JumpCloud because we can easily set up, deploy, and maintain it. It is very easy to implement on our servers with just an installation of their JCagent.
when I was new to JumpCloud, I faced some challenges, but the support team was very helpful in resolving the issues. I can confidently say their support is excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I faced while using JumpCloud is that the JCagent tends to crash occasionally especially on older linux machines. Fortunately, it's an easy fix by simply restarting the agent, though the crashes happen somewhat randomly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is helping us to solve the problem by integrating directory services with a range of IT management features including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and device management but in my organization, we primarily use JumpCloud as a device management solution, with JumpCloud agents and policies enabled on all enterprise devices to ensure advanced security policies.
