Good Product that is improving
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about JumpCloud is that they are receptive to changes that clients request, and the product's interface is very user friendly as well as very easy to implement across your device stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more pre-baked commands built into the product for unix systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is providing our company with an MDM for our mac devices which is a step in the right direction for us
Nearly perfect replacement for Active Directory
What do you like best about the product?
We needed to find a cloud-based replacement for our onprem Active Directory environment. We evaluated several platforms and ended up with Jumpcloud. What you're getting is not just a centralized cloud-based user management portal, but a complete platform that integrates a lot of things we actively use. Noteably, MDM, 2-factor authenitcation, device management, and RADIUS. Our old MS Active Directory did not have these features, or at least it wouldn't have been easy to integrate this without significant 3rd party costs. Jumpcloud includes all of this in a single platform, which we needed to implement for security and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few times that I needed technical support, and they can be a little slow to respond at times. I found one or two bugs in the platform. However when I did get the support, their level of technical exptertise is exceptional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide Identity management for all our users that integrates with enterprise features, such as SSO, VPN, and MFA.
I like to work with it, make a lot of things easier

User and device managment and the API that provides a lot of control

I think JumpCloud could be better at commands interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jump is managing all machines and it's helping a lot with policies and managment
JC is a good MDM portal for MAC & WIN platforms .

Conditional policy & Policy management is good features must say .
What do you dislike about the product?
CSM should be more aquarate and should thing in CU point of view once request is raised .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently they have to work on more realstic UI in admin console.
CommonLogin method for various services
What do you like best about the product?
Central location for managing access to the various company services
What do you dislike about the product?
A little convoluted and long-winded way of login. A fingerprint login or facial recognition (Apple devices) would be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single sign on for various services. Less passwords to remember while still being secure.
Simplify your life with Jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
DaaS - Getting rid of Microsoft AD was a huge overhead piece that we just didn't need. Microsoft just wasn't a reliable partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i can think of is radius. Sometimes its slow...oh and the app search within the mdm takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the above. It's the one stop shop. it simplifies life!
Mature and well rounded service offering
What do you like best about the product?
It works!
The documentation is spot on and the support team have never failed me. It works as described, not always a given these days.
I am confident in implementing this in new clients, it's easy to integrate.
We rely on it frequently to solve issues or to leverage the tools to improve our day to day management of our clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more advanced certifications available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly the MDM offering lets our team write policies and controls to safeguard, update and monitor devices easily. It greatly helps with Cloud Directories such as Google, 365 to have a single sign on for devices and to enforce MFA.

What do you like best about the product?
Support was quick to respond and helpful when there were issues. It was easy to adjust employee computers and to enter them into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounting department was a huge disappointment. It appeared they only knew an automated response and were not customer oriented. Integrating the systems after an update or license change did create hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The password option with Jumpcloud was nice and useful for a safe way to store passwords, but could be improved upon. I am not sure of what improvements are in the works to answer properly.
JumpCloudworks very well. Mac client allows users to switch networks.

JumpCloud allows us to do a lot with pc's and Mac's. my business uses Apple computers to support the marketing and it makes it very easy.

It requires a mdm policy for MacBooks. I wish it was as easy as pc

It allows the password to be unified. Meaning users can allow their account on any pc.
