A Robust and Intuitive Identity Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
You can prevent navigating many tools by organizing identity management, device management, and access control on the JumpCloud platform. To make daily work easier, it has useful automation capabilities like user provisioning and de-provisioning. They have very detailed information that includes tutorials, knowledge bases, and detailed instructions to assist you. To make setup simple, JumpCloud integrates with a ton of other applications and services. Whichever option you choose for your subscription, you can receive help by phone, chat, email, and other methods. To help you further, there's a thriving community and plenty of online resources. It also links to other programs and services seamlessly and is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux. Additionally, API access is offered if you want specific integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system may not be utilized as much initially when new users are just getting started since they may not engage with it as much. To be honest, especially for organizations transitioning from other systems or attempting to link with older ones, the initial setup procedure may be a little challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies IT by consolidating everything in one location. It includes additional security measures like as MFA and SSO to keep things secure and prevent illegal access. It also seamlessly integrates with a wide range of apps and services to ensure that everything runs properly.
Jumpcloud's effect is seen by the people who use our organization

Easy for admins to manage. Pros: JumpCloud allows us to change passwords for our users and does the FileVault authentication step automatically. This helps reduce lockout time and IT intervention time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I have not found any disadvantages in using JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JumpCloud for daily tasks such as creating and deleting users, resetting passwords, and enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA). We can create a user within minutes and schedule account activations or suspensions. Additionally, we can manage application access by adding or removing it as needed
Awesome product.

I was implementing the SSO policy.
Great tool for IdM, MDM, and more.
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from organizations using older technologies like Active Directory, using Jumpcloud now is very refreshing. It is a feature-rich solution for identity management, mobile device management and more. It has made internal workflows within my organization much easier than ever, and there is no need for a wide range of applications anymore (and their associated upkeep) when Jumpcloud is able to perform the duties of all of them. Customer support has been good too, as I have opened a few tickets for some technical issues and received assistance in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM support for Mac is not great, but is currently being improved. I am also waiting on better support for mobile devices running iOS and Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes managing IT resources much easier and effective, and the use of SSO makes workflows much easier for our end-users as well. The MDM functionality is allowing us to offboard other SaaS applications we use at my organization which saves us a lot of money as well as time as we don't have to watch multiple services to administer our diverse fleet of devices.
Jump Cloud is very helpful in terms of security and easier to manage
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely loved the Single Sign-On (SSO) feature in JumpCloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop application management is currently unavailable and i dont like the webconsol for admin and if by mistakly removed users from group, account will deactivate/suspend which i didt like in jumpcloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The single sign-on (SSO) feature helps to solve user-end issues by allowing users to remember only one password instead of multiple passwords. Mobile Device Management (MDM) is a valuable feature from a security standpoint. Additionally, self-password reset will be a major advantage that requires zero tech support at the user end.

Seamless SSO with Strong Security and Support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using JumpCloud for almost two years and it has streamlined our identity management by providing SSO configurations, managing user accounts, and updating password policy. I appreciate that it acts as a cloud-initiated, scalable, and secure platform, enhancing security and making my work more efficient. With features like SSO, MFA enforcement, and centralized user management, JumpCloud has simplified our operations significantly. I particularly enjoy the streamlined access for platforms like GitLab, Clockify, and Bitwarden, and how it enhances security with MFA and conditional policies. The setup process was straightforward, although it required careful planning, especially with directory synchronization. I appreciate that any challenges we face, such as with access requests and SSO configurations, are swiftly handled by JumpCloud's support team who are receptive to feedback. With JumpCloud, the automated user provisioning and audit logs offer clear visibility into user activity and compliance, further enhancing our workflow. The seamless integrations with tools like Google Workspace and the robust security enforcement stand out as major advantages. Overall, JumpCloud offers a centralized, secure, and user-friendly solution, contributing to a more secure and efficient operating environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered challenges with new features like Access Requests and SSO configuration. Although I am in constant touch with the JumpCloud support team, and they do take feedback, these areas require ongoing attention and improvements to fully meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find JumpCloud enhances security with MFA and streamlines user management through SSO and automated provisioning, simplifying access control, reducing manual effort, and strengthening compliance.
Jumpcloud MDM is a good way to keep your IT fleet controlled and secured
What do you like best about the product?
Today we use Jumpcloud to manage our MacOS and Windows worksations.
Mac and Windows are managed the same way with no need to use different products.
And we even tried to manage a few Android devices with success.
It is a great way to apply security policies on our devices, ensure they are allways up to date and deploy software remotely. It is easy to use and the support is very helpful.
Jumpcloud API is very powerfull and permits to automate some tasks (such as alerting in Slack for example)

What do you dislike about the product?
We import our users from Google Workspace and the configuration was quite tought the first time.
Today it is not possible to automaticly filter the users we are importing.
As a result we have some users in Jumpcloud that are in fact services accounts and not real people.
The API despite being powerfull is very fragmented (2 versions)
But the product is imporving months after months

As a full remote company, gaining full control on our devices is not easy.
In a few months with Jumpcloud we were able to gain access to 90% of our devices (integration is easy, chasing people to install Jumpcloud is less)
As a security engineer I was very happy to enforce security policies.
We enforced the usage of our antivirus, of the drives encyption and session lock.
But more important:
all our devices are now up to date in less than 3days (even for the browsers)
