What do you like best about the product?
As a scaling start-up identity management is often a minefield, but Jumpcloud made it easy to implement and use. It integrates into all your favorite apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Really hard to think of downsides because they have a vast range of solutions and MDM solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving my employees a safe way to log into company tools

What do you like best about the product?
Simplified identity management - JumpCloud provides a centralized directory platform for managing users, devices, and access controls. This can replace complex on-premises servers and allows easy provisioning/deprovisioning of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited phone support - Phone/live support is only available for 24/7 emergencies. Some customers prefer more readily available phone assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified user provisioning - With JumpCloud's centralized directory, I can easily add/modify/delete user accounts across all connected systems and apps in one place. This saves me time compared to manually managing identities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how its admin portal is easy to navigate and I like its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant find anything I dislike at the moment with Jump Cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefitting our customer who is moving off a physical server and is making that transfer rather seemless.

What do you like best about the product?
The MDM aspect it brings when maintaining Windows and Macs. It makes the management easy offering different tools and features needed for our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I lacks granular features for patch and security management of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve our MDM issues and patch management for the organization.

Good starting point for figuring out IDP

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user experience. It is very easy to set up the IDP and implemet it frequently. The features are awesome and there is a lot. It integrates with Zscaler and a ton of other SSO applications which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the actual quality and reliability. But not often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect to SSO apps and manage users within that app in a test environemnt. It is very useful because I can easily pivot to different use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Great integration with multiple endpoint OS
Full control of the endpoint and Incident Response oriented features
Daily usage facilitates the work of a small IT team
Responsive customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Could do better at the implementation ease but we are confident this will be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we have control over a very decentralised multi-OS state of endpoints
Help us ensure our endpoints are compliant with our internal and external security policies

The admin feature to setup SSO Apps, Users, User Groups and Device Groups!
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to User Group Folders and bounding users.

Eliminates the learning curve for making your company compliant.

ease of use as an administrator, ability to confirm to users on timed scale

inability to reset password, can sent out password reset but cant see a way to reset password to one of our choosing

securing the suers accounts. helping to provide a solution that works for us and for the userbase as well
