The tool, The Myth, The Jumpcloud - A great product to use
What do you like best about the product?
There are two things of the product that I liked a lot. First, the reporting feature is excellent. It provides detailed information of devices, with many filtering options. The next aspect is the policy feature, which allows us to create custom policies based to our organization's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found any but i feel like mac device management could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After onboarding jumplcloud, we are able to solve below problems:
1. Easy to manage devices: With JumpCloud, managing devices and installing tools has become easy.
2. Easy to push policies: Creating custom policies for a list of devices and applying them takes just seconds.
3. Reporting: We can export reports, such as those showing devices with an unencrypted status, which helps us secure any overlooked devices.

JumpCloud is great tool for integrating multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Best this for me about JC is its capiblity to intigrate with multiple platforms and OUs. We have intigated JC with multiple softwares like sailpoint, Atlassian, GWS etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing which I didn't dislike about as my job is working fine JC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me JC is wokring as a one stop place for accessing multilple things, I can access all my tools at same place without roming around. I use VDI and other tools, we have intigated with JC and can be used at the same time with JC.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using JumpCloud is how it centralizes and simplifies my entire identity, access, and device management workflow. As a cloud-based directory, it offers an impressive number of features that allow me to manage a mixed-platform environment (Windows, Mac, and Linux) from a single pane of glass, which is a massive win over juggling siloed tools.
In terms of ease of implementation, the process was seamless; importing existing users from other directories and deploying agents was remarkably quick, significantly reducing our infrastructure onboarding time. This reflects the platform's overall ease of use, as it transforms complex management tasks into a streamlined experience.
I find myself in the console with a high frequency of use, relying on it constantly for daily operations. Its ease of integration is another highlight, as I’ve had no issues connecting via SAML, LDAP, or RADIUS to all our critical business applications, including Microsoft 365 and various developer tools. Furthermore, whenever I’ve needed assistance, the customer support has been generally responsive and helpful.

While JumpCloud provides a comprehensive suite of tools, it occasionally lacks the granular depth found in specialized point solutions. This is particularly noticeable in its MDM capabilities for macOS and Windows, which may feel restrictive for users requiring highly advanced device management configurations

It helps me to manage other devices and security compliance remotely
JumpCloud: Perfect solution for AD and SSO
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about JumpCloud is that it allows me to jump between all my apps without having to individually login to each app. Saves time and efforts. It is also very security focused. I use the Jumpcloud login and Jumpclpud admin on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major I dislike about JumpCloud. Maybe the UI/UX design could use some tweaks to be even more user friendly,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud gives us a single platform to sign-on to diffent apps. This saves us a lot of product hours and efforts, if you see the company as a whole. So for ex. in my 800 odd company - If each person saves 5 mins each week, that's ~65 man hours saved every single week. Thanks for that!!

One stop solution for intigrating multiple OS or Softwares
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing for me is intigration of multiple softwares. I use slack, GWS, Sailpoint at the same place. Also the multi level authentication is best for extra security. One more thing is different OS can be accessed at the same platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing currently excet the timeout could be increased for prod environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple authentication is easy in jumpcloud.
For me best part is using multiple softwares at the same place like GWS, Workday, Slack ect.

Great solution to manage users and identity management
What do you like best about the product?
Best this about Jumpcluod for me is that it can provide all tools and platforms required at the same place, We have prod, sandbox,slack, GWS etc at the same place. also the best thing is connectivity with other softwares like sailpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much maybe the idle time can be something which can increated for some applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is solving few of my prob. like I use VDI so which can be easy connected through JumpCloud RWC then Citrix. Also I don't have to go multiple places for my tools that I need everyday like slack, sailpoint prod, GWS etc.
Great application - Amazed at what it can do

That we can remotely wipe and lock machines. We needed this for ISO 27001 and its been great so far

What do you dislike about the product?
Linking users to machines isnt the greatest, it might be how we have it setup. Also the mac enrollment is a bit of a lengthy process vs windows machines
