What do you like best about the product?
Directory as a Service and cost effective.

What do you like best about the product?
One console, everythings is simple, usefull and the user experience high.
The platform is complete, the offer has both very complete packaged items and the possibility of operating in a capillary and modular way, A la carte.
The ability to eliminate all local directory servers in favor of a powerful cloud console is a must that is unmatched, and the versatility of the Windows-Apple-Linux cross-platform client covers all the needs. The MDM system is very versatile and powerful.
The integration is really simple and it's easy to startup the entire sysytem in short time.
In daily use the platform is simple, powerful and presents a remarkable self-resolution of problems, so much so that any user is able to manage their identity and access, even in cases of difficulty, in complete autonomy. Significant savings in time and technical support resources
In case of help, it's really simple and fast to have answers and support from skilled technicians.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. There are certainly aspects to improve, especially linked to integrated applications (in our case having an integration with the RMM system would allow optimal management of identities linked to devices to be even simpler) but the team is very proactive and the ecosystem is innovating and grows constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In each of the individual modules I found a specific solution to a different problem that previously had to be addressed either with a server or with a software module or with a separate service, making the work of identity, security and device management very chaotic and complex. One console, one solution for each point, integrated.

Jumpcloud has been a tool that helps a lot to centralize our users, devices, and Applications

i think the windows patch management coz is not in our plan and we need to use another tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mainly user management, and device management, and actually we are migration our apps to Jumpcloud SSO due to we need to centralize all our apps
Great service for password management and identities
What do you like best about the product?
Centralizing all our password management and user access identities into one platform. Flexibility on type of device and operation system that can be supported give a hugh relive since we employes different type of OS on our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike with JumpCloud. One of the best of this platform is with the integration option with 15Five and Abacus to help smoothing the operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDM management and directory insight is what has benefits us the most. We can investigate events quickly by the directory insights and solves network issues or threat that it has detected.
Worked well with our current business system
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is so simple that we need not much technical knowledge on network management but still can configure and implement it successfully. The directory insight helps preparing the audits report that we need, since all the data can be search and filtered there.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. Jumpcloud has an excellent customer support team that solves all our problem with the intgeration that we want to install to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved issues that we had with MDM to connect all personal device from our employees and password manager to making sure all password in created using the right secure template.
The best identity management platform for us now
What do you like best about the product?
It has worked beautifully for us as the onboarding and implementation operation is easy to manage. Using the SSO and MFA module give users option to strength their access security.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no issues with JumpCloud so far. All features, especially with integration option work well and produce the result that we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The directory insights give us a real-time activity report on network, identity management and endpoint. Centralizing all access to over than 30 directory events gives us great insight on what is happening.
Radius integration with device management and insight
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has many implementation option that can solved our business problem, like Cloud RADIUS that configuring our WIFI environment networks and VPN management. Installation process is fast and easy. Most of the management is done cloudly and need no physical infrastructure to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
We habe propably none dislike about JumpCLoud. We have use it everyday without downtime and its working perfectly for us now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the benefits after JumpCloud deployment is with the network access security. We manage to secure and maintain both user access connection and endpoint protection from the same controller.
Great benefits for identity security
What do you like best about the product?
Using the Single-Sign-on (SSO) with JumpCloud has many advantages and several integration scenario like Salesforce interlink. User only need one credential sign-on to be able to access all resource and application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. JumpCloud is easy to configure with easy onboarding process. We have no issue using this platform and happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud manage user attribute and grouping the same attribute user with the access privilegde that they has. This operation has make it easy for the admin console to manage and amend the access configuration.
Great option and features for identity management
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud identities management and protection is one of the best that I have use. It has make control over the identity privileges easy and can be implemented on several devices. Mobile device management integration is easy to install with all our personal devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike for time being. JumpCloud has all the oepration and management that we need to manage identity security for our business operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Installing MDM agent on work device and personal device gives acces for them to be controlled over the admin console. It give the system real-time access management and remote control support over the device.
Easy security platform to learn and setup
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud provides an easy dashboard controller that is easy to operate and to install security features for our business operation. We can use the password policy enforcer to making sure everyone has an adequate protection for their password.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. We had a great success and excellent result in security after deploying JumpCloud as our main controller for access and security management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud remote support is very important for us now to support our offsite and remote user. It gives quick access to their devices and they don't have to commute to office to get their devives check and configured.
