Make identity securing management easy
What do you like best about the product?
Great features quality that make identity management and securiy easy to configure and implement. All the security features is combines on one platform to control and linked it with the cloud LDAP identity provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. It all because of JumpCloud active and helpful customer support that actively following with us to making sure smooth operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The zero touch enrollment for device management is the key advantage that make JumpCloud is the winning platform for users identity management. Protecting and configuring security for any devices isn't an issue for us anymore.
Secure password manager with easy operation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the secure and standardized password policy management that can be imposed on users identity. It is easy to implement and configure and has many option to integrated it with the LDAP cloud identity management.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issue at all. JumpCloud has provide us with one of the most complete identity management platform to protect and securing our access management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile device management by JumpCloud solves the issues of compatibility of devices, since we also need to protect users personal devices that range from many type of different operating systems.
Easy identity management with the option to scalable
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is unique in managing users identity from the directory platform. It is easy to install and all the features is focus on protecting and giving easy implementation with our current security system. Cloud LDAP helps managing user identity on cloud, without the need of physical infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike with JumpCloud. It has perfecting our access and security for users identity management and provides various features to add security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most critical things that JumpCloud has solving is with the MFA authentication option. It gives users an extra layers or security to proved their identity, thus securing the access to our application and business system.
Perfecting directory platform operation
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud provides and easy solutions to unify users identity that can be used on all the application and infrastructure on our business. Integration capabilities has been improved and can be used to linked mutiple devices and securing the connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike with JumpCloud. We deployed this platform to work on our system and have use it everyday without any problem and issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JumpCloud to create a users group that has different priviledge access to certain application and infrastrucure to protect the access easily. We also use the password policy to have a standardize secure password.
Easy management for access identity
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is providing an easy operation to storage, manage and configure users identity access management. Admin rights and priviladge management is smoothly integrated with the system and has simple implementation process with identity providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. It work well with our security operation and instantly send out alerts and notification on any problem detected with the security management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solved issues with password policy enforcement on both mobile and desktop application. Using the SSO module helps users to manage their password on a single sign-on operations.

Policies seem to be best managed by Device Groups - would be nice if it was easier to integrate with groups of users

Easy to Implement, Surprisingly Functional
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has a powerful MFA platform that is constantly growing and expanding. My office uses this for both SSO, Password Keeping and security monitoring. The implementation was quick and painless, though it required hands on time to get it moving. We've been using this since implementation with no down time and only minor issues that were fixed with a quick restart. We are on the free tier which has all the features and saves us considerably given the size of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be more focused on end-user skills and usage - it is difficult to have employees work through a wiki to troubleshoot. Some apps are minorly buggy and the password keeper requires constant restarts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our office needs a comprehensive security solution and jumpcloud offers that and more in a single platform. The password keeper is strong and lets us share common items across the network.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has great functionality and features that IT teams actually need. It helps simplify and manage our tech stack. It was very easy to implement and use (unlike less modern solutions like our on prem active directory)
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud itself is really great. We also use their password manager (Jumpcloud PWM) and I must say that part seems not fully built out/optimized yet. It works, but it is a bit clunky and we've had some issues with it. Products like BitWarden are more built out and work better IMO. But this is a very small part of JumpCloud for us, the rest has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A cloud based modern AD that doesn't rely on on-prem connections. It works regardless of where the devices are located.
