The best rounded identity and device management service
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud offers a great one stop shop for many identity and device managment tools. Some notiable feature is their online dashboard that is simple and offeres great insisghts. Intregrating Azure/Google to SAML is simple, even down to using their AD sync agent and Desktop Agent. Everything I've done with Jumpcloud has been on Windows, but the most useful feature is creating powershell commands and the ability to schedule them out and assign them to groups of devices. Their support is good about responding and fixing downtime and issues are resolved quickly and efficicently, even if its after hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
They offer Windows MDM support, but haven't leveraged it to its fullest (yet). Its not a complete 1 to 1 replacement for AD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO with products that we can use it on and syncing with Azure/Entra has been great for our users to reduce the IT overhead and number of passwords to maintain.
JumpCloud or JumpBack!
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is such a differentiating solution for our business. We have the ability to offer solutions to our customers in ways that simply aren't matched by our competitors. In some ways we don't want people to know about JumpCloud so we can keep the market domination to ourselves. We are happy we chose the route of implementing JumpCloud in our business and we look forward to all the additional features and benefits to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some advanced IT service features that we'd love to have but we know they are coming. The remote management tools are improving and we're happy to see the progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps us avoid the barrier of major migrations from one system to another... ie. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Our users can leverage whatever platforms they prefer and we can still wrap central management tools and strategies around the IT enviroment for success operations and security.

Device management reimagined
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple directories , multiple Operating Systems
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is slightly high for what it is doing, making it harder to land that smaller client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything - I can help clients streamline their IT infrastructure and support
A Comprehensive IT Solution
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud's all-in-one platform for device and identity management has streamlined our IT operations significantly. The seamless integration of Identity Management, SSO, cloud directory, RADIUS server, and remote management tools has eliminated manual device configurations, saving us time and resources. The continuous updates and new features show JumpCloud's commitment to staying relevant and addressing the evolving IT landscape, which instills confidence in their solution's long-term viability.
What do you dislike about the product?
OS and third-party patching as well as remote access features still need a lot of improvement.
Currently, there's no vulnerability management feature

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest plus at the moment is the MDM feature. Coupled with Apple Business Manager, I don't have to subscribe to yet another SaaS just to provide zero touch deployment for MacOS users.
Being able to manage users, user access, computers and computer settings (using scripts) from one interface is great.

Easy to use and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Having used multiple identity management programs in the past, Jumpcloud stands out in it's ease of use and implementation. In the rare instance I needed support, customer service were helpful and quick in organising a meeting and helping to resolve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would've suggest a password manager but it has been implemented and continues to be refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for our team members to gain and retain access.
Jumpcloud Rocks. Super easy, and a fantastic replacement for self hosted AD without the complexity
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement. They keep adding features, and support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing isn't necessarily small business friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me remove directory services from premises, or set up directory services for cloud-first environments.
Jumpcloud's single sign on and MDM solution are a great feature and easy to configure.
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution is recognized as a smarter, cloud-based directory2. It’s appreciated for its ability to streamline user access across all resources, including cloud infrastructure and Mac and Windows machines2, and JumpCloud’s Single Sign-On (SSO) feature is highly praised for its ability to improve user experience by reducing password-related issues and enhancing productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
what i dislike about jumpcloud is they should provide trainings and documentation should be more simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making secuirty strong and enhancing it with mobile device management and by single sign on reducing the password related issues and enhancing the productivity.
Solid tool that does many things
What do you like best about the product?
It's really nice to have all information on users and devices in one place rather than scattered between several platforms. Specifically, we leverage JumpCloud to manage user access to our org, app access, device access, patch management, and for screensharing. If you're looking to reduce spend or have a team that's less familiar with
What do you dislike about the product?
While JumpCloud can do a myriad of things well, it's not particularly great at any one thing. That's not to say that it's bad at anything so much as there's a few limitations. Many of the most common platforms in the industry don't have supported integrations for managing users with JumpCloud. Also, some functions on the MDM side are a tad inconsistent. Specifically, we've had trouble with the screenshare or device locking working consistently for all devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is our one stop shop for managing user and device access. It's benefitting us by allowing us to operate as a remote-first company without physical access to users or devices.
