Great product with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Since switching our services over to JumpCloud we have had higher user satisfaction and greater ease of use. JumpCloud was easy to integrate and has a great customer sucess team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is higher than other products but has been offset by functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company wanted to move away from on-prem directory services, JumpCloud helped solve that problem.
Good coverage for an MDM, with some caveats
What do you like best about the product?
Remote lock, wipe, tracking, loooooots of data on machines, policy/group based changes, as well and patches, update management, and integrated remote assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough granular control for apps on Macs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well as out MDM, which is what we need it for.

What do you like best about the product?
there are endless integrations, and after you understand what the basic requirements are they are all pretty simple to get set up and going. I'm a noob when it comes to SSO and security, especially with teams and groups, but jumpcloud made it pretty easy to get my first SSO up and running, and makes me excited to learn more about the sector. i now use it daily to access my various self-hosted web apps
What do you dislike about the product?
it's just a little confusing at first if you don't know what you're doing already, the way it's set up with the sidebar, and then logging in as admin vs. user. but i expected that, like anything else this secure and integrated, and i don't expect many people who don't know what they're doing to be using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the biggest problem was SSO, finding the right provider for the little that i needed, without going enterprise, was hard but jumpcloud was perfect for what i needed and made me want to learn more about the various services they offer.
Convenient User/Device Provisioning
What do you like best about the product?
It has been very easy to reassign computers to users and get them set up the way they need to go. We use them across platforms and it works pretty smoothly for all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some trouble ensuring that the agent was connected to the server. I could be blind, but I didn't see an easy way to attempt a reconnect of the agent on the admin portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows us to provision users across devices with ease, and if a user needs to be moved to a new device that process is quick and simple on the user side.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation, just a superb system for cross platform identity managment, device management and much more, as new features arrive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Jumpcloud Agent doesn't support Windows ARM devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves so many issues: centralised patch management, password policy implementation, SSO, conditional access the list goes on. I would be lost without it.
Of course it could be better but in the time I've used it I have seen noticable improvement and many new features. I wish it supported Windows on ARM devices but it seems I'm the only one cares about that so it's unlikely to happen. Otherwise, it is excellent.

JumpCloud helps not just like MdM
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has a simple interface. Today we don't use it as iDP, but as MDM. One thing we use a lot is the great possibility to govern our devices via API.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any major annoyances, maybe we have to understand that the product is more oriented to StartUps and not to big companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to govern our devices. We achieve this seamlessly, regardless of the platform.
Very good platform, needs better Azure AD/Google Workspace Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about JumpCloud is that it works on all platforms and provides a unique user identity service
What do you dislike about the product?
It should not be the dominant authority for Google Workspace / Azure AD Integrations — users should be able to use the password they set on Google/Azure on JumpCloud, rather than the other way around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of being unable to link Azure Active directly on Mac devices
