What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud streamlines my IT management duties with centralized user and device control. It simplifies access, enhances security, and supports multiple platforms, making our IT infrastructure more efficient and secure. Support is great.

JumpCloud's pricing can be a drawback for smaller organizations, as it may be on the higher side for their budget. Additionally, the initial setup and integration process can be complex, requiring some technical expertise. While it offers robust security features, this can also lead to some user friction due to multiple authentication steps, potentially impacting user experience.

As an IT manager using JumpCloud for the past five years, I can attest to the numerous problems it has effectively solved. JumpCloud's centralized user and device management have greatly simplified onboarding and offboarding processes, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and enhancing overall security. The single sign-on (SSO) feature has improved user experience by reducing password-related issues and enhancing productivity.
JumpCloud's support for multiple platforms and cross-device compatibility has been a significant benefit in our increasingly diverse IT environment, especially with remote work and BYOD policies. What do you like best about the product?
We have been using JumpCloud for a while now at our company, and we have seen a lot of benefits to using it. There are multiple options for configuring MFA, which has been super helpful for us. It has been very easy for our employees to use on their end, and configuring SSO across all necessary sites has been a breeze. We use it on a daily basis across the sites we use in our company. Additionally, any issues we've run into have been super easy to get resolved with their support team. They also ensure they are reaching out to us with any updates to our contract. While we aren't utilizing all their features at the moment, I would highly recommend JumpCloud to anyone considering them for an SSO and MFA solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we tried out their Password Manager, they didn't have an option for a Safari browser extension. This may have changed since we first tried it out, and it may not be a deal breaker, but it was something to consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using JumpCloud to provide security to our logins across multiple sites that users in our organization utilize. This ensures the most secure login that is verified by MFA each time they go to log in. We also have options to not require MFA on certain sites if they have already used MFA once during the day.
I love having all my needed tools under 1 roof!

Jumpcloud is perfect for macOS and windows devices. I love their customer support and weekly podcast as well. Super easy to setup and get rolling.

I wish they had better app management controls.

Simple and Good coverage of devices

The ability to simply add and disrtibute policies and patches to devices regardless of OS

Its lack of browser coverage for patching as it only covers Chrome currently

I wish there was a way to mass lock computers.

Powerful functionality for managing devices without AD
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to replicate functionality you would expect through Active Directory but without having to use domain controllers. Addtionally you can manage devices regardless of OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote managment (i.e., ability to loging to a computer and triage support issues remotely) does not work the majority of the time.

Being a fast growing technology company with a remote workforce, JumpCloud allows us to create centralized policies that enforce cybersecurity and compliance best practices.
Great device management platform with features galore.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to have users devices managed, as well as their policies that are persistent on their machine. Easy to integrate after the most recent MDM update that they pushed out. Great customer service, and always pushing out new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can feel it in the air, the cost is going to go up soon....

Being able to remotely administer computers for staff, and setting the group policies on what they are able to use. Deploying antivirus as well as other applications.
