A fantastic platform form managing our devices
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to get started, and the pricing makes it approachable for any size business
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part was connecting Apple and Jumpcloud, but I think that's an Apple thing, not a Jumpcloud thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud makes it easy to manage our employee devices, ensuring they're configuration is aligned with our internal company policies.
Incredibly easy to use and very reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
That it allows me to spent time on what matters, and let Jumpcloud deal with all the day-to-day admin work. It essentially saves me an employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose some of the addon services can seem a bit immature and difficult to use as easily as the main service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Governance and compliance. We got ISO certified in part thanks to the ease of use.

SSO, user and group management, click of a button solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Colour scheme, pricing does come across as harde for SME's and does take negotiation to close.

Single solution for SSO, user management, and especially device management.

It makes management of devices and users very simple and efficient

sometimes sending commands can be confusing because it isn't clear if it was finished

Management of users and devices across an entire company, it makes everything much easier and organized for us

Easy to provisioning users, from Bamboo, simple implementation with Azure and Google Workspace.

Not possible to use API to send user invitation.

Easy to sync user password with Google and Azure
We migrated from 7 international on-prem AD servers to JumpCloud, and the process was easy
What do you like best about the product?
In my former role as an IT manager I migrated 7 countries with on-prem AD servers to Jumpcloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial issue was on the fact of teh messy nature of the exisiting AD. JUmpclpoud itself was easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced our Active Directory on=-prem servers with Jumpcloud to bring more of our services to the cloud native model. Jumpcloud helped us achieve this.

Best way to centrally manage an organisation assets
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about jumpcloud is the support for all the OS types and easy to manage and easy to administer. I am managing around 150 users with Mac, windows and Linux everything is smooth and the password manager it provides really helps to share and store passwords
What do you dislike about the product?
For Small companies with limited budgets its hard considering the price of jumpcloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier there where no centralised tool to manage! Now using jumpcloud onboarding and off boarding users are easy and we have the control on all the organisation devices to avoid misuse and protect it from theft!

Device management of Jumpcloud is awesome. It's makes things so easier.MDM helps me a lot to control my users

There is a need of improvement in Mac devices
