Easy implementation on zero trust security
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud promotes and easy and secure way to accessing company files, document and access to devices by the implementation of zero trust security. The security layers will authenticate and verify everything before any access by identities is approved. It has also evelating users experience with the integration of SSO and MFA as an added security layers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no problem and dislike with JumpCloud after two years of deploying this platform with our system. Great helps from the customer support so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is so smooth that our changes in security and users identities authentication doesn't impecting our users experience. We are now able to regularly checking our SOC and HIPPA complaince easily by using the zero trust security.
Great usability and feature options in access management
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has make it easy for us to manage different OS that users use for their mobile devices. All the OS can be setup on the central management on the Cloud console. We also can saperate between work data and personal data on the device to protect users privacy data.
What do you dislike about the product?
No hate or dislike with JumpCloud. We also had integration with Volume Purchase Plan(VPP) on my personal iOS device to have it controlled by the command console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Governing all the security, access, and user personal mobile devices on one single unified controller gaves us the biggest benefits. We can protect both business data and end users personal privacy data on one management.
Fast implementation and setup process for HRIS
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud offers an easy implementation and integration with our HRIS platform. This integration has make it possible to managing employees lifecycle management of onboarding and offboarding. It reduce the manual tasks and promote accuracy. Overall, it is easy to operate with many valuable features with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud has no dislike from us as they has solved our critical issues in protecting and authenticating connection request to our work systems. The same satisfaction also can be said to the customer support service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now can setup an automated workflows for new onboarding workers that will setting up all the needed group of priviledge and access levels. No more manual intervension that full of error and costing time.
Expand our security measurement for access protection and management
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most valuable features by JumpCloud is the directory insight. It help feed us real-time data on user identity activities and resouce easily. The implementation is easy because all the data is collected automatically and no manual data retrival is needed. Integration to complies with PCI DSS helps us to easily comply with industry standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud isn't possible to dislike. It is because all or problem and issues has been fixed and we now can use it everyday without the need to worry about the security and protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event investigation on users identity activities and protection is the best benefits after JumpCloud deployment. All the data is readily ingested by accessing the to the event logs.
Fast integration with the mobile device management
What do you like best about the product?
One of things that make us comfortable using JumpCloud as our main access management platform is the Mobile Device Management(MDM) features that can manage different OS like Windows and Mac on the same controller. The deployment process is easy and the integration between all the OSes didn't come with extra cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues and dislike about JumpCloud. We have manage to boost our security around the access management and single identities for each user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Cloud Directory Service by JumpCloud helps us to ,modernized access management operation and adding more security layers for any connection request to our system. We are well protected now.
Complete toolsets to modernizing our access management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of implementation is the best feature that we love best about JumpCloud. Using the conditional access to sets and adjust the requirement needed to allows any connection to our system give an extra protection. Easy integation with Google Workplace improve the accessibility and flexibility of the SSO module.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike about JumpCloud. Overall, this platform is easy to operate especially when we get quick support from the customer support for any issues with the sofware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves OS compatibility issues that we had before to adds users personal device to be able to access our system. Mobile device management (MDM) features has all the setup direction for all the major OS.
Excellent platform to manage cloud RADIUS and LDAP
What do you like best about the product?
In the process of modernizing our IT stack and access management, we use JumpCloud cloud RADIUS to manage all the security and protection for our wifi and VPN. Integration and implementation of all the features has been easy and simple to setup. Redusing overhead and manula task has been the priority and we now can contorl users access group in cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. We have a great experience and satisfaction ou using this platform everyday for the last three years. Nothing is bad with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing users groups and priviledge access management to have the correct access is what JumpCloud has benefits our business. No more confusion on the messy access and identities management after JumpCloud deployment.
Full on perks and features of amazing access management platform
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is flexible in its implementation of users identity and the cloud directory. This has make it easy for our IT personnel to manage,operate and integrate our system and with the external application that we use. The core directories support many features like cross-OS management on private devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until this date, we have no dislike about JumpCloud features and tools. All issues has been address by the support team and we are extremely satisfied with the result.

We use JumpCloud open directories that is supported by the core directory apply the latest technology in access management. Integration of Microsoft 365 and this platform has been easy and flawless.
Simple and easy operation to manage access and identities management
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is giving an easy platform to manage our access and users identity to connect with our system and applications. Custom integration and workflows can be easily perform by using the API and executing tasks in bulk. Fine implementation by JumpCloud to sync with our work system.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. We have use it for everyday in the last two years and happy with our system security performance. JumpCloud is also cheapest in their category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issue with our SSO (Single Sign-On) operation with integration with Google Workspace and Slack. Users can now use one unified identity to access all the integrated application easily.
