Modernized directory insight
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud make it easy and simple to manage directory with the help of features of directory insight. We can view the real-time data on access and identity management. Integration between our old directory and mitigate indentities detail to the new Cloud Directory is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. JumpCloud is one of the few platform that I dont have any issues at all and it is mainly because of their customer support effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefits is from the Cloud Directory service that is modern and easy to integrate with our work system and applications. It fullfill the industry standard and complaince like SOC 2.
Robust cloud directory
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud helps manage all the identities management ro secure and giving easy access to our systems. Felxible intgeration with GitHub and Salesforce gives direct implementation to SSO module, which only need one main password to access all our business application.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. JumpCloud modern features and customer support always helping us with configuration challange that we had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web application and cloud-baseLDAP is the most benefits that we have after JumpCloud deployment. Combining and unifying al our access management into one platform controller helps removes almost all access management challenge.
Combine all IT stack for access management
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is very good in combining all that we need to managing the active directory for identity management. Integration with apps like Google Workspace make it easy for SSO access management and user can login to the application qucikly.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Jumpcloud is one of the IT stack that is easy to implement and doesn't take too much time to configure and mitigate the identity transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standerdizing all the password with one password policy has benefits us in access management. We can use MFA and SSO to give an extra layer or protection to control who can login to the system.
Great service for password management and active directory
What do you like best about the product?
The best with JumpCloud is with its easy to implement password management to enforce users to follow the password template. Centralized identity management to use the SSO module.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. We are happy with the total experience and would use it as our main access authentication platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting the access to our application and business system. Automated identity management helps to reduce the manual work on identity authentication process that has become problem for use before this.
All rounder platform to manage password and identities
What do you like best about the product?
We are setting up the MFA using JumpCloud and it is the best decision because it has make the operation simpler. Many features is available like SSO and patch management to make the operation streamlined. Integration with system insight let us to access real-time data.

None. JumpCloud is one of the easiest IT platform that is easy with its implementation requirement and operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves the issues of mitigating all devices data and insight into one management. With the central devices dignostics, we can view all the data in real-time even when each of the device is using different OS.
Good with Active Directory Integration
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud gives an easy integration between our Windows Os and the active directory to support user identities management accross devices and protocol. Implementing process can be quite a challange but the support team is very good in helping the installation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud provides us with all we need in identities management and centralized access and password. We have no issues with this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JumpCloud to integrate with Google Workspace to to set the SSO access module using the OAuth2 integration. The synchronization help to help us pushing out updates and password management.
Make it easy for our IT operation
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud help us with the device management, which can support all the operating system like Windows and Linux. It is easy because all the security template is has the same policies which making it simple to manage the different OS platform from the different devices.

The onboarding and implementation process isn't easy and we need helps from the customer support. It isn't a platform which regular user can setting it up easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is modernizing our active directory operation by offering easy process to integarted all the AD and give easy operation to import and export identities. The migration process is fast and error free.

Lack of access to individuals or learners as it requires you to be a business owner to try it.

Saving a lot on hardware expenses for servers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. There are certainly aspects to improve, especially linked to integrated applications (in our case having an integration with the RMM system would allow optimal management of identities linked to devices to be even simpler) but the team is very proactive and the ecosystem is innovating and grows constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In each of the individual modules I found a specific solution to a different problem that previously had to be addressed either with a server or with a software module or with a separate service, making the work of identity, security and device management very chaotic and complex. One console, one solution for each point, integrated.

i think the windows patch management coz is not in our plan and we need to use another tool
