What do you like best about the product?
It's been easy to use. Easy to install and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to push out group policies and push out programs.

It has allowed me to use jumpcloud without AD

Device enrollment and end point management, SSO across our entire software estate, Deep knowledge of staff device usage, Device security.

What do you like best about the product?
At Vendasta we have many users and many owned and operated products like Reputation, Listings, Social, CRM, AI Chat, Websites etc. when we have employees and staff access from our end to end Platform - from multiple devices - we need to be able to see them, and reset logins, logouts etc from 1 singular location. That is why we chose JumpCloud. We have Mac, PC, iPhone, android, iPad users from home, office etc and if someone gets a virus etc we can log them out of all devices and reset from one great application. That is why JumpCloud is so valuable. Any Enterprise company should have JumpCloud to handle this important safety feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the part everyone will dislike is switching from another vendor. JumpCloud supported and moved from a vendor to a Partner. That is so key with all the choices we had.

JumpCloud addresses authentication and access management challenges, streamlining user identity management across various platforms. This benefits organizations by enhancing security, reducing manual administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient user access control. The centralized management provided by JumpCloud can lead to improved productivity and stronger security protocols within an organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup policies over all devices. Separation per team and device type
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to reset the laptop without loosing the Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track each person if their laptop is updated. Very important tool when someone is leaving the company and you can shutdown the device

Kind of expensive for the accounts which have been disabled for the users as they are not being used.

The best thing about Jumpcloud are its automation tools that helped us to automate a lot of IT processes. After this we stopped using Microsoft Active directory...

I think its Ui can be improved a little in context to increase the simplicity of usage...

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is DaaS with great MDM, SSO etc solutions.
LDAP is availble whereas other MDM solutions lack it.
MAC devices are pretty easy to manage (I've worked with Intune and find JumpCloud far user friendly and efficient).
I dedicatedly worked on scripting/Automation on a batch of Windows/Mac machines, both from Intune and Mac.
--The error logs were beautifully explained in JumpCloud.
--The deployment was pretty easy via scripts.
--If anyone is in need of scripts for below, I'll be happy to share at no cost as I've dedicated a lot of time compiling them

What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is limited in JumpCloud.
There are certain predefined set of policies, I went through creating multiple ecxeptional policies.
There is not much negative about JumpCloud, however it is a powerful and versatile MDM solution that can streamline device management and enhance security for many organizations

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just moved out from Intune towards JumpCloud after rigorous testing on Windows/Mac devices.
Our management solution has been streamlined specifically for Mac devices.
The set of policies is working beautifully with expected logs.
The LDAP is in function whereas Intune lacked it.
