Easy to configure and use SSO and Identity Management

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using JumpCloud to power my own personal world, it gives me a convenient way to manage identity and access to all of my online services and accounts. I use it for my personal lab, my AWS account, my CloudFlare, its so easy to deploy. It is also easy to add users so I can invite friends and colleagues to collaborate in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside I have is that documentation can be a little difficult to read through at times, but what it lacks is easily replaced by online videos from many different content providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to manage identity and access management to my online services without having to remember and login with a lot of usernames and passwords. It makes it much more secure to do what I do in my personal testing lab.

Amazing product

What do you like best about the product?
I love Jumpcloud. I am barely out of my first phase of installing this and already it is worth it for our organization. As a team of 1 supporting 125 users, the automation is already helping me deploy new systems. When we implemented our IT policy this year, we made sure to add remote support, remote wipe and remote account lockout as mandatory elements. Jumpcloud has made this possible and easy for me to use. Last, Jumpcloud is constantly adding features and making things better for me and my organziation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Literally nothing. I can't think of anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud’s user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for administrators to navigate and manage their IT resources. The clean design and straightforward layout reduce the learning curve, allowing for quick adoption and efficient use. Users can easily access and control various features without the need for extensive training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. Jumpcloud is very easy to use and if I have any questions customer support is there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves manually entering a user when we can import it through the cloud. Running commands from the admin portal.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of Jumpcloud! I like how you can click a button to run a command, to use Jumpcloud Assist to remote into someone's PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a PC will lose contact with Jumpcloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually entering a new user in the system, when I can easily import, running commands, investigating user login times

Great service - easy to manage

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud allows us to easy manage users and groups, policies, and SSO. There are many integrations with the apps we use and allows a centralized spot to manage them. Support has always been fast and top notch. Setup was easy and we had the support of the Jumpcloud team throughout the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. I think some impovement could be made to the user's dashboard. When you have a lot of SSO integrations, there is no way to search for a particular one. You just have to go through the list.
The only other dislike is for OS upgrades. There is not an option to push updates during certain hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud allows us to better manage our users and user access. We primarily use it for password security, single sign on, and device management.

What do you like best about the product?
centralized access to Wifi authentication
no extra hardware required
support was quick and knowledgeable
What do you dislike about the product?
Inorder to change the password user has to login to the jump cloud platform. There is no reverse sync from Microsoft cloud to Jump cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users can now use their Microsoft email credentials to log in to wifi instead of separate wifi credentials.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly set up and manage new computers and users with third party integration. Customer support is great. Many features make the product easy to use frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very difficult to add mores seats, hard to leave demo products.
