Flexible identity provider with responsive support team
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud makes it easy to manage identities on a variety of computing platforms. Single sign on and MFA are made easy with their easy to use web interface. And their support team is always responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that JumpCloud has some substantial limitations when it comes to integrating with an already existing Active Directory environment. It seems like JumpCloud fits best in an organization that wants to go all-in on their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps us manage user identities on diverse computing platforms. It also provides easy to setup MFA and single sign on tools. We're also excited about potentially leveraging some of their new features like remote access and password manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is very easy to use. All levels of users at our organization can utilize the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really bothers us. There are a few missing integrations but they are working on these.

Moving away from AD.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how JumpCloud is in all in one solution that provides inventory, active directory, and group policy all in one user friendly application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote assist tool is not the best. It's laggy there are better solutions out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is able to keep up with the times and add new features as tech and IT Admin roles progress.
Secure access to data and applications with JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the convenience and security of JumpCloud. Organizations can have better visibility into employee access across multiple services with just a single login for each user, making onboarding and offboarding easy and secure. Additionally, having all credentials in a cloud directory system means you can more easily monitor different devices while maintaining comprehensive cyber protection against potential threats. With so many benefits bundled together like this, it makes perfect sense why businesses choose JumpCloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find JumpCloud's interface to be confusing at times. To improve the experience, they should provide more information about who received a particular push notification when their password needs to be reset. Also, I don't always feel confident that my notification went out properly or that the recipient acted on it in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With JumpCloud, I can provide my entire staff with easy access to all of our company's applications and data. As a result of simplifying onboarding, I save both time and money.
Honest review about JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of JumpCloud are mostly for managing passwords, authentication and access management. All controller is on one platform, saving time from rummaging between software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to make me hate or dislike JumpCloud. The platform provides IT solutions at a cheap price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Active cloud directories that can be integrated with third-party software give us advantages. We are given options to use any directories, even with less popular software, and have no issues linking the service.
Fast implementation with a fast result
What do you like best about the product?
Automating some tasks, like modifying users' password policy that will affect all accounts, saves time in management. Let our IT management be more cost-effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that anything has made me dislike JumpCloud. I have no issues with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some users are granted a special or extra access privilege and can now be grouped to their access level. It will permit much easier password management and configuration for the group.
Streamline our system access management
What do you like best about the product?
Adding more security features to our access management but with more simple and easy-to-manage tools. Provide total protection for both our central systems and the application that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used this software for three years, and my experience with JumpCloud has been joyful and satisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our user's identity and using one software to control all the access and policy has boosted our access security. The access policy enforced on all accounts has standardized the log-in procedure, making it less vulnerable.
Excellent option for easy access management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about JumpCloud are the feature-rich options I can choose to manage and better protect our systems. I can choose to activate the SSO and help workers access all the applications we had easier.

Perfect access management software that is impossible to dislike. All the tools are easy to configure, with detailed documentation as guidance.

Configuring workers' identities to be able to access all our work tools and application. Reducing our IT tool since we now only need one software controller to control all passwords and authentication.

What do you like best about the product?
Preparing and managing users' access to the systems and adding new security features to protect our IT ecosystem better. There are no complex tools, and everything is easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for now. I am satisfied with the professional service and features available on JumpCloud.

Our primary issues with access security are what JumpCloud has solved for us. Changing users' password policy to the current setting can be easily edited, and notifications will automatically send to users.
The only solution we need for our access management
What do you like best about the product?
Installing the SSO (single-sign-on) authentication module for easy access to all our business applications. It enhances and gives our workers a better log-in process since they only need to use the primary identity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has worked well with our system, and the easy deployment process makes me love it. No dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rounding users with the same access privilege and putting them in the same group. Editing their access privilege can be done since it will reflect on all accounts in the group that has been selected.
