Unleash productivity

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Jumpcloud is committed to staying at the forefront of innovation in terms of scalability and user experience. I'm thrilled that they are constantly adding new features and value, and giving me the opportunity to provide feedback that shapes future enhancements. The customer service so far has been excellent, the setup of our account went smoothly, and their system is safe from any kind of breach or attack by cyber criminals because it's backed by a growing network. It's compatible not only with GSuite but also with other popular platforms, making it easy to roll out across my organization - people can learn how to use it quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any glaring problems with the Jumpcloud. However, I believe it could be improved in terms of ease of use for portal administrators and regular users to quickly log into the platform. In addition, more customization would be beneficial as we are currently using it mainly for VPSs but hope to expand its usage capabilities to include other applications such as TFS or similar in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was struggling to share and manage credentials internally, which meant that access permissions were often misallocated or delayed. JumpCloud has freed us from this hassle by providing the ability to securely store all necessary information in a central repository.

Authentication and access management provider

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Manage access authentication to follow the conditional access rules to block the IP address not on the safe list. It can be done in simple steps and work successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. All the tools have performed wonderfully and have standardized our access policy and rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that JumpCloud has helped with is Mobile Device Management. Registering workers' mobile devices to be able to access the internal system without repetitively having to authenticate it has sped up the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Combining all the passwords and access control for our IT stacking into one controller has made the operation faster and easier. Adding new modules like MFA is quick and does not meet any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that makes me least like JumpCloud. I have used all the tools and fully appreciate the easiness of this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity management added to our password management system has unlocked many new features and abilities. We can now start using the SSO that helped users use one primary key to access all other software.

What do you like best about the product?
We need a feature-rich IT platform that can be our access and authentication primary management platform, and JumpCloud is the best in both categories so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues or dislikes about JumpCloud since they provide good access security but with inexpensive costs added to our IT budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forcing users to follow our security and access rules can be done using the Password Policy Enforcement section. The standardized rules are to safeguard the connection and make password management easy to control.

What do you like best about the product?
Making the platform the primary password and access management for all applications and IT stacking. One primary key or user identity can be used to let the user log on to multiple software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that makes me dislike JumpCloud. The support team is fantastic, and the features are helping us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding many users' devices simultaneously on the systems saves processing time. Securing the device's connection to the internal server and ensuring all the identities are checked before permitting the link.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent options and tools were available to improve IT security and access management. The MFA is one of the best options to add extra security mode to our user login process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike for the JumpCloud tool and feature. It has worked amazingly and only needs minimal supervision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved issues that we had with access management. I solved it by groping the user on their access privileged and making it easy and quick to change the group password policies.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with many applications like Google Workspace and Microsoft Active Directory to use one central controller to manage password management and access gives us a technological advantage.

No downsides in my experience with JumpCloud. The development team quickly manages all issues and bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
