We are able to patch software and we can provide troubleshooting with ease as well. The ability to patch laptops with the latest updates is a huge plus. Another component we love is the ease of SSO capability
An excellent user management software with many interesting solutions.
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is a DaaS (Directory as a service) platform that makes it easy to create new users for our systems, manage, update, support computers, manage access to systems, etc., making jumpcloud an indispensable tool for any organization.
In addition to this, features are always being added to the platform to help manage users, systems and access, allowing administrators to have full control and governance over everything IT related.
I would recommend Jumpcloud to any company that wants to improve its user and computer management system.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionalities that need to be polished (e.g. remote access to clients).

Manage the large number of users that our organization has, plus all the client computers they use.
It is much easier to have all IT management tools centralized in one place, which makes Jumpcloud an excellent platform for this.
In addition to this, the policies of security, SSO, MDM, IAM, are exceptional features for the proper development of the work of an IT administrator.

IT Admin's Best Friend

Easy to use admin console with more advanced features in the API and Powershell modules. Easy to implement with existing tools and integrates with many of our tools. This is the first app I check every morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes can be frequent as the product is improved. Customer service definitely makes sure you are taken care of, but if you do not like change, it is something to consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JC is solving our identity problem. We are reducing identity and permission sprawl by being able to categorize users into groups and provide access as needed. We benefit in not needing to hop around 50 sites to get basic onboarding done. Hoping to dive in deeper into the solutions provided.

JumpCloud helped us put together a standard for SOC 2 compliance in a very simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Management for certain OS can be easier than others, but that may be more of an OS issue than a JumpCloud issue.

Password managment compliance for SOC.
A GREAT perhaps BETTER alternative to ADDC
What do you like best about the product?
I use JumpCloud to manage users, devices, SSO, and Radius, and a lot of its features. The SSO has solved a lot of headaches by making remembering multiple passwords obsolete; I only need to remember one. The JumpCloud password manager has been incredible. Managing device updates and functions is much easier with the ability to push out commands remotely, which is practically effortless. The Command Line/Powershell features have helped us out of rough situations. Being able to control what features are enabled via policies is awesome and something we use a lot. Policy management, the JumpCloud password manager, and the ability to push out commands and scripts are features I like most. The support is top tier and always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't have any issues with JumpCloud. Only one I would say is allow us to create folders in the "Commands" page to better organize things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies our password management with SSO, streamlining devices and user management. Remote command execution is easy, resolving issues efficiently. Features like policy control and the password manager enhance our workflow, making remembering passwords obsolete and avoiding the need for an ADDC.
