Good MDM fuctionalities with easy dashboard design
What do you like best about the product?
The MDM features work perfectly with our system, and we are able to add different types of devices OSes and create a safelist of devices. Password unified can allow worker access instantly to many applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike or complaints about JumpCloud. It is an inexpensive solution to our IT problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning workers into its group of privileged access gives us a quick password policy exchange or enforcer. Worker with mobile device access is possible with strict access authentication device registration to prevent any issue with the integration.
Easy users onboarding with a powerful tools
What do you like best about the product?
Easy workflow to set up new identities for our latest worker. One-click action can give the user all access to the application and software that they need for the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike that I have with JumpCloud. Our organization is happy with the experience and customer support of this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding a new device to be able to access the system. It allows every operating system and can connect with MacOS flawlessly, which not many applications can successfully do with the restriction that Apple has imposed on their system.
Simple solutions that work on various platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Managing access privileges and using the exact login details for several other IT stacking make JumpCloud one of our most valuable platforms. It solves the problem of unauthorized access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike for JumpCloud's perfect platform. All the tools have performed perfectly for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling workers' identities and grouping them into different teams make the password management process quick to edit and manage. Device pairing using the MDM modules is easy to use.
Impressive on how easy is to control device access
What do you like best about the product?
Registering for new device access on MacOS, Windows, or Android devices is not an issue with JumpCloud. Certified devices can log in to the server access easily, and no need for extra authentication is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone in our organization is quite happy with the changes by JumpCloud, and no one is disliking anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Privileged access management gives the user's identity quick access to the application since the program will remember the devices and the user's login details. It saves time and makes the access process shorter but with better security.
Review for JumpCloud excellent tools
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time active directory insight gives us the whole vision of the IT system end-point. It dramatically improves our report and lets us monitor user identity and activities in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there are no tools that are not helpful by JumpCloud. I have used almost all the tools and am happy with the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud directory service and password policy enforcement are the primary reason we employ JumpCloud as our access management solutions. All the tools needed are readily available, and no need to use other third-party software with it.

What do you like best about the product?
The authentication process and identity access filtering procedure protect our system access and prevent users' identities from any breaches. Multiple security methods can be applied to our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy, fast and inexpensive solutions for our access protection. I have no dislike for all these helpful features of JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core users' identities form a unified access that lets our workers only need one primary username and password. It will decrease the attack and identity compromise and make the platform more secure than before.
Provide all the solutions for company access management
What do you like best about the product?
A cloud directory to control and manage users' identities work best with JumpCloud. Full access to all our business tools make the connection fast and secure and gives us confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no reason to dislike any of JumpCloud's tools and features, especially when we are now more protected than before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile device management has been the primary issue we solved using JumpCloud MDM tools. Adding a worker's personal laptop into the system always bring added security issue but has been solved by the feature.
Recommended solutions for a fast access management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Synching our tools and application to accept SSO access. It leads to fast and secure access since users only need one primary access identity to use all the other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my three years of experience with JumpCloud, I have no dislike or problems operating this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling workers onboarding and offboarding from the organization is easy. It only needs one click to delete users' information and their current access privilege that they have and replace it with the newcomer worker.
A superior cloud-based directory service option
What do you like best about the product?
I find Jumpcloud to be very efficient and easy to use. I'm impressed with its ability to quickly manage an organization's users, devices, and passwords. The setup process is straightforward, making it easy for new members of my team or employees to come on board without any hassle. In addition, its automated password reset system allows my company to strictly enforce our policy with just a few clicks - ensuring a secure & reliable authentication environment at all times! Finally, its impressive SSO feature simplifies how individuals access different applications through single sign-on, granting them lower levels of authorization based on their role in the organization - further enhancing security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a slight learning curve when we first set up Jumpcloud, but it was manageable and allowed us to become familiar with the new system relatively quickly. Once that hurdle was overcome, we found Jumpcloud to be easy and straightforward to administer. The addition of a detailed management dashboard has also allowed us to easily create separate accounts for our many customers without sacrificing efficiency or performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting from Jumpcloud's Active Directory synchronization because it has drastically simplified the way I manage users and software. With the powerful APIs that Jumpcloud provides, managing user accounts or software for any system is much faster than before.
Fast solutions for password and security management
What do you like best about the product?
Using this application for free but with its full premium features is the best I like with JumpCloud. Creating users in device management and authentication is easy to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is challenging in JumpCloud. Tutorial resources cover all videos and guided simulations for all the tools that I want to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic device enrollment and enrolling new users using the user group gives a quick onboarding process and eliminates the manual process. It saves time and prevents mistakes that always happen before.
