Fast solutions for password and security management
What do you like best about the product?
Using this application for free but with its full premium features is the best I like with JumpCloud. Creating users in device management and authentication is easy to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is challenging in JumpCloud. Tutorial resources cover all videos and guided simulations for all the tools that I want to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic device enrollment and enrolling new users using the user group gives a quick onboarding process and eliminates the manual process. It saves time and prevents mistakes that always happen before.
Full of resources to manage access security
What do you like best about the product?
It has many resources and features to tighten our access security and add more protection to the password. Implementing MFA that will force users to pair devices for OTP code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Novice users will need training and learning from the product simulations to be properly introduced to the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem that we had with password policy enforcement. By grouping users on their level or tier, all the users under the tier will get the same access privileges and can access certain applications.
Great help in manage users core identity for access management
What do you like best about the product?
IT applications stack unifying to combine all the control into one primary control leads to faster and less operation needed. We can now use one login details that unlock access to all other application our organisation use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I am fully satisfied with JumpCloud's tools and services. Nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding external workers' devices or personal devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) lets them be more flexible with their workstations. Working from home and accessing our system can be easily done from the registered devices.
Primary tools for manage password and authentication.
What do you like best about the product?
Our business application's password and authentication access is managed on this single software. The integration option allows centralizing users' active directories into one management.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike or complaint from me. Most of the tools work exceptionally with our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improves the security and system protection from brute force attacks that try to gain access to our business system and application. Multiple levels of login access challenges provide stricter protection.
Identity management and securing device access
What do you like best about the product?
Conditional access actually surprises me with its ease to use and functionality. The key will be granted if the access request is met with the condition and will reject the connection if any condition is not satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only some issues with JumpCloud but has already been fixed by the developer. No dislike for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding the SSO and MFA features to our access login. These two features amped up our security and gave better protection for our system authentication. JumpCloud has helped us safeguard our system from unauthorized access.
An ideal application for seamless multi-application workspace management
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love JumpCloud for its amazing advanced features and ease of integration with other platforms. Its security protocol is top-notch, ensuring that our data remains safe at all times, while being incredibly easy to use. In addition, I am impressed by how well connected this platform is - allowing users to learn more about collecting and analyzing their data accurately in no time! With regular updates, JumpCloud ensures that we have up-to-date tools to help us address business issues as they arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the SSO documentation provided by JumpCloud is either vague or not up to date. This makes it difficult to set up an SSO and often requires me to contact customer success or support teams for help, which takes a lot of time. I would like to see better descriptions of how to properly configure natively supported applications so that I can get everything up and running in 10 minutes instead of an hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Jumpcloud, I don't have to worry about tedious and time-consuming tasks like integrating Microsoft Active Directory. It simplifies single sign-on authorization and computer control across the organization in no time.
Cheap product with amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding the program to work with our system and all other applications that we use for business is easy. Not much need to be set up as the integration process is clear and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike or dissatisfaction with this program. I have used all the tools and received positive feedback from the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that JumpCloud is solving is with authentication and access. Our server has fewer attacks than before because this platform will filter any bots or attacks that try to gain access.

It's setup is easy to understand once you get used to it and support is very helpful

Wish it had more a asset management system for licenses and softwares

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up devices that use various types of operating systems is not a problem for JumpCloud. It is compatible and can integrate with many IT stacks thanks to the open-source platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike. JumpClud is one of the complete software for managing MDM and access security to our systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password policy management and pairing it with identity management is what we use with JumpCloud. I can add and remove identities easily. The strong authentication process protects our organization's information and data.
Fast IT solutions with a modern tools
What do you like best about the product?
Most of our software stacking is based on cloud storage applications, and JumpCloud gives quick solutions for managing and centralizing the access and password for all the applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have dislikes or problems that I want JumpCloud to fix. Everything is working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud beefed up security and secured our gateway. The centralized identities management that can integrate many applications of password management to be controlled by one platform eases down the work burden.
