Easy to navigate along with the helpful tools
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud interface is one of the simplest that I use, and the navigation between the menus and tools enhances the total experience. The total cost isn't too expensive compared to the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. I have no issues or dislike for the length of using this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up for a new user and creating their new identities is easy. No complex procedure. The best thing is that integration with Google Workspace lets us import user data directly from the platform.
The best in active directory user identity management
What do you like best about the product?
Using only one core identity, users can access all the software that we use in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive after many users onboarding the platform. One simple price package would be helpful for our medium-sized organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud offers total protection for our IT stacking access and makes it simple for users to log in to it.
Full of IT security features
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is on stop center for all tools that are needed to tighten access security and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
None! JumpCloud is easy to operate and not as expensive as our previous solutions.

Accessing our internal system from nonstandard devices like mobile phone need special access authentication to better protect the connection.
Improves security for our worker access and identities
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud gives multiple choices for MFA security that we can choose.

Not experiencing any problems or issues with JumpCloud for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing user's identity and access authorization. Protecting access from unauthorized users that has no business in accessing the systems.
All-in-one IT platform
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has many ways to protect and secure identities that are stored on the cloud storage directory. Multi-factor authentication adds extra security that we need in limiting access to the core system.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. All the documentation and software guidance is readily accessible from the learning center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pairing devices with user identities gives extra security, and only a user with registered devices is able to connect with our core business system. It might seem like too much, but we like to have peace of mind when dealing with our access security.
Excellent service by JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
Easy software to use thanks to the learning centre that covers all the topics of feature usage in JumpCloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more integrations option, especially with PPM software and sales management platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised user identities give the IT department a breather room with all the updating and deleting of new and former workers.
Maintaining security and expand policy
What do you like best about the product?
Maintaining our system and IT stack access security by adding SSO features to the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult software for an average user to use and maintain. Need constant training to keep up with all the changes and new features of this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem before this is with controlling access to the system. We always have unauthorized access to the software and are afraid of any security attack. All of the problems are solved after deploying JumpCloud.
Identity management in simple platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ready-to-use identity and access management help us to manage the identity lifecycle for the onboarding and offboarding of staff. We used to have issues manually deleting former worker information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Helpful and full of features. Nothing from JumpCloud has made me dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud solved the issue that we had with our remote worker, that needed to use their own device to access the company database and information. Pairing their devices with the system gives a secure connection.
Easiest method for managing user access
What do you like best about the product?
Manage user access that stored on the cloud directory and integration with Microsoft 365 helps to accelerate the login process.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike with JumpCloud. It serves us with excellent tools and great customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problems that JumpClous has solves is with identity management, especially with password reset procedure. We encourage our user to change the password every three month and need to give them a better prosedure to do it easily.
Secure access to application and IT stacks
What do you like best about the product?
Identity management is the best feature when I think of JumpCloud. The SSO is useful when we are employing many IT stacking and can access all the applications using one primary password and username.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that I dislike about JumpCloud for the time being. All tools are working as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pairing devices and identity management work charmingly with JumpCloud. The user group allows fast and easy group policy management and will reflect all the users in that group immediately.
